The target annual compensation for this role is $70,000 comprised of $16.30 hourly plus per transaction payouts and opportunity for a monthly transaction bonus. Top performers may earn up to $200,000+ for exceeding minimum production requirements. The actual compensation of the candidate(s) selected for this role may be effected by a variety of factors, including but not limited to performance, experience, education, skills, prior training, and work location.

Compensation
The hourly rate for this role is $16.30.

• Perform daily stadium tours as needed.
• Present, entertain, and engage large groups (up to 35 people) of people from all over the world on the Packers and Lambeau Field history.

• Assist in establishing and maintaining a superior measure of customer satisfaction.
• Answer inquiries regarding information on the Stadium Tours, Hall of Fame and Atrium.

• Ability to speak in front of diverse groups of people.
• Highly dependable and reliable at all times.

• Ability to reach, bend, climb, and lift on a frequent basis.
• Operates in a professional environment.
