The right candidate will be a culture carrier throughout the guide team and represent our beautiful region to domestic and international tourists as an authority on San Francisco and the wine region.
Responsibilities:
• Entertain and conduct fun, informative, and sense-filling tours of San Francisco and Sonoma/Napa County wine country as an authority and ambassador for the region.
• Maintain a safety-first environment at all times.
• Responsible for the best-in-class tour product and customer satisfaction scores that make Painted Ladies Tour Company the highest-rated tour company in the Bay Area.
• Maintain and improve overall Guide Team customer satisfaction scores.
• Oversee Guide Team's VW Bus pre- and post-tour checklists and prep schedules.
