Role Responsibilities
• Manage existing network relationships, with focus on business and operational support, to assure business continuity and growth of all network channels.

Role Requirements
• Education or equivalent skills are required, 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably from the Money Transfer industry.
• Documented track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and maintaining sound business relationships.
• Bilingual/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Salary

We will be looking to you to provide best-in-class legal counsel regarding corporate governance, securities, and treasury matters, that include SEC, stock exchange compliance, insider trading rules, public debt issuance and refinancing, credit arrangements, stock repurchases, interest rates and foreign exchange hedging transactions, subsidiary management, and other matters. You will support legal review of SEC filings (including drafting and managing annual proxy statement and annual stockholders meeting process) and ensuring SEC and NYSE compliance. You’ll manage the company’s insider trading program and provide legal review of annual ESG report. You will assist senior lawyers and work directly with senior leaders within the accounting, financial reporting, investor relations, human resources, treasury, and corporate communications group to draft and review public company disclosures. You’ll have responsibility for regulated subsidiary board meetings and entity management for the Americas, including leading board meetings, and drafting meeting materials and corporate minutes. You will draft and review legal memoranda and other governance related documents for parent company board and committee meetings and support merger and acquisition activities as necessary.

For such a pivotal role, you will have 5 years of experience in corporate governance, and working with securities, treasury, merger and acquisitions is a plus. You will hold Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited school of law, and in good-standing in at least one U.S. state. You will have the ability to engage with and partner with C-suite and board members to include working cross functionally with senior leaders in the organization. In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for developing commercial/pricing strategies for a portfolio of current and future products across targeted customer/market segments for Western Union.

Role Responsibilities
• Accountable for defining the top-down pricing strategy globally for Western Union and assisting the regional leaders in activating that strategy.
• Set the overall prioritization of capability development for the broader pricing team based on the needs of the business.
• Highly cross-functional and dynamic in their ability to work across a broad range of leaders and topics. Role Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative function (e.g. Business, Economics, or Math). An MBA is highly preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Financial industry experience is a huge plus.

• Advanced knowledge of analytics and the use of analytics to solve business problems.
• Basic knowledge of technology solutions/product development to support pricing development.

Salary
The on-target earnings range is USD$99,705.00 - USD$175,720.00 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.

• Experience in cloud architecture, cloud fundamentals on computer, network, storage, and security to ensure high availability while ensuring the highest level of security, compliance, and visibility.
• Understand Public Clouds, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Infra-as-code frameworks, API Gateways, CNCF technologies, Cloud Native application architectures.
• Experience in managing multi-tenant and highly resilient services across various cloud computing models.
• Experience with Infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Cloud formation, etc. with a focus on immutable infrastructure.
• Experience in any major programming languages– Python and Boto3, Go, and AWS Lambda.
• Certifications in AWS or GCP is highly preferred.

The annual gross base salary range is $130,000.00 – 185,000.00. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus and stock.
