The Associate Manager of Social & Community for Vogue Club will work with the Vogue marketing team, Vogue Club editorial team and Vogue audience development stakeholders to execute Vogue Club’s community strategy. Community strategy on Vogue Club includes member engagement that showcases the brands' content, benefits and perks to new members, while building loyalty with existing members. They will be responsible for supporting strategies that extend the reach and amplification of content, events & marketing initiatives particularly across communication channels like social, Discord, and email, as well as manage new audience initiatives to better communicate with members.

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about digital media and storytelling, and one who is comfortable working at the intersection of editorial, audience development, consumer marketing and member experience.

This role will report to the Senior Manager of Audience Development, Vogue and can be based in Conde Nast’s US or UK office.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead the Vogue Club member engagement, working with consumer revenue and editorial teams in assisting with their community initiatives, driving consumer engagement and loyalty.
• Create social calendar for Vogue Club promotion across Vogue.com accounts, in addition to leading strategy and execution of Vogue Club’s handles
• Managing Vogue Club’s Discord channel through member communication, new programming and serving as the main point of contact with agencies.
• Help to develop Vogue Club community activities to acquire and maintain loyal relationships with members.
• Own the engagement calendar; help the events team to build community and boost brand awareness and coordinate communication of these events to members across platforms, including social and email
• Helping the audience team on reporting, identifying opportunities to drive the engagement objectives; active subscribers and number of visits
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes and new technologies that will help shape engagement / loyalty strategies.

Preferred Skills:
• 2+ years of experience with a major website, digital advertising agency or online marketing or publishing, with an understanding of audience development strategies & member strategies.
• Experience in managing social media accounts and implementing marketing strategies across social platforms
• Some experience or interest in Discord is recommended.
• Experience in customer service or customer management is encouraged.
• Detailed oriented with exceptional project management skills.
• Experience in initiating test-and-learn experiments.
• Basic understanding of analytics tools and an ability to read reports and interpret data.
• Experience with Sailthru (or a similar ESP) and Parse.ly (or a similar analytics platform) a plus.

Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

We are seeking an Associate Producer to join our team. The person in this role will work within our CMS to build multiple types of content for Vogue.com. They will closely assist our Executive Editor on digital content lineups, asset trafficking, and processes, to ensure smooth communication and workflow between our US office and our global markets. In addition, the Associate Producer will work closely with our Editor, Executive Editor, and Executive Director of Content Strategy in the management of key projects, tentpole events, and other brand initiatives to ensure coordination and smooth execution of all moving parts.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist in facilitating content sharing and syndication among our partners and global markets
• Assist the executive editor in helping to establish and ensure seamless workflow for all global projects and initiatives
• Build daily digital content, including multi-platform content and large digital features/portfolios
• Oversee special projects and tentpole event coverage (Met Gala, awards season, etc)
• Build lineups as needed, create slack channels, communicate deadlines, and monitor asset management for digital launches, awards shows, royal weddings, etc.
• Assist with scheduling of larger team meetings for issue run-throughs and any other all-hands events
• Serve as liaison between all teams to ensure everyone is in the loop and aligned (visuals, video, design, prod, writers, section heads, photo research, copy research, etc)
• Digital point person for Vogue event management (CVFF, Forces of Fashion, Met Gala). Creates content lineups for each event and establish timing expectations for assets
• Code all manuscript and freelance invoices in Workday (with the exception of Runway).
• Code all top editing invoices and ensure assignments fall within allocated budgets.
• Create all manuscript assignment numbers in Peoplesoft for internal team expenses.
• Assist Digital Director in maintaining overall budget, and undertake required reconciliations.
• Own and update Master Calendar for the reference of entire team. This includes all monthly upcoming events; fashion weeks; celeb anniversaries and birthdays; TV and movie premieres, finales and anniversaries; Vogue.com launches and big initiatives
• Liaise with the product and tech teams on new site features as well as helping to troubleshoot site bugs

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in digital media
• A self-starting team player, detail-oriented, efficient, and able to problem-solve and multitask
• Basic HTML understanding to modify code
• Understanding of various systems, in order to implement processes/workflows
• Displays excellent written and verbal communication skills and tech savviness
• A passion for the brand’s content
