SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

The Media Producer sits within our Integrated Marketing team reporting to the Director of Content. The Media Producer plays a pivotal role in managing our Digital Asset Management System (DAM) and other content needs, including support to both internal and external teams, streamlining processes, and tracking content and development under the guidance of the Director of Content. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, an eye for photography, a take-charge attitude and proactive work ethic and an interest in multi-media curation and distribution.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review and assess content to ensure world-class content representation of Brand USA initiatives, confirming that assets meet guidelines
• Ensure that proper licensing and intellectual property guidelines are followed. This requires a detailed understanding of issues related to trademarks, licensing, fair usage, talent and other rights-related topics in an effort to limit legal liability and protect Brand USA’s marks and platforms from external claims
• Be a power-user of the Digital Asset Management system (DAM) and train others to be competent users
• Continuously improve the DAM structure by better organizing content
• Manage, organize, and maintain other projects, systems, and platforms as assigned
• Edit video and imagery, including re-sizing and video capture - using Final Cut Pro, Photoshop and other software
• Utilize the content management system on all of our websites
• Manage and execute webinars both on and off Brand USA’s Global Marketplace
• Edit copy, video and imagery to ensure compliance with Brand USA editorial standards and ease of consumption on owned, earned and paid platforms
• Perform quality assurance, trouble-shooting potential issues and seeking solutions.
• Interact with constituents, agencies and vendors
• Accurately tag content (researching as needed)
• Administrate contracts with vendor partners

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
• At least 2 years of work-related experience in media production, international marketing, information management, integrated communications, or library science.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

The Senior Manager, Digital Analytics is responsible for measuring, communicating and optimizing the performance of Brand USA marketing activities. The position reports to the Vice President, Research and Analytics, enabling the organization to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of its marketing activities through insightful analysis. SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

Working with the Vice President, General Counsel, this position provides support for contracting, internal compliance, and risk management functions within the department and across the organization. The primary goal is to ensure the integrity of operations while serving the needs of other departments. Major Responsibilities

Washington, DC Metropolitan Area Residency Required
• Manage Brand USA’s engagement with the Legislative Branch and grassroots organizations:
• Maintain relationships and respond to inquiries from Capitol Hill
• Track and report on hearings, legislation, and other issues related to travel and tourism, the ESTA fee, and Brand USA

c, Integration of public affairs needs into campaigns and public relations (e.g., local coverage, inclusion of key states, small business impact, etc.)
• Speaking engagements and local connections
• Grassroots and association engagement strategy in key states and districts
• Produce and Maintain State Fact Sheets
• Generate written, digital, and presentation content for public affairs needs, including congressional testimony and contributions to reports to Congress
• Support department as needed across responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned

Experience & Skills Required
• Five years of experience preferably in government and political affairs required, with knowledge and interest in marketing, tourism and travel industry.

Education & Certifications Required
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a Liberal Arts field such as: Government/Political Science; Communications; History; English; etc.
