This position serves as Barn Manager for the Mounted Patrol Unit of the Virginia Beach Police Department and reports directly to a Police Sergeant. Responsibilities include following the barn facility protocols and daily schedule for the care, exercise, and grooming of all police horses. · Assist the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in formulating and implementing policies, programs, procedures, and standards for activities of the department.

· Coordinate and identify objectives, plans, and methods to satisfy business requirements and negotiates service level agreements (SLA) in support of these requirements.

· Develop budgets and recommend IT spending.
