As an SDR at UpGuard. you will be creating and qualifying new sales opportunities for our sales team. We’re looking for a driven individual who possesses an inquisitive mind, an excellent phone presence and enjoy the challenges of outbound prospecting. In addition, you'll be managing a critical part of our sales process by qualifying inbound prospects.

What will you accomplish?
• Generating new opportunities using outbound tactics (email sequences, LinkedIn, cold calling etc.)
• Identifying, targeting and nurturing potential outbound opportunities
• Qualifying inbound opportunities
• Understanding the needs of prospects and communicating them clearly to the sales reps you’re working with
• Clearly articulating UpGuard’s value proposition and products to prospects and positioning it based on their particular problem/need
• Taking accurate and detailed notes in our CRM
• Working collaboratively with sales, marketing and product to utilise the insights you learn from prospects to make process and product improvements

What do we need from you?
• 1-2 years' experience in B2B tech sales as an SDR/BDR
• Experience with outbound sales
• High-level of proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
• Ability to give and receive feedback – you will collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to drive process improvements
• High energy and willing to learn

Due to continued growth, the Customer Success team is expanding and we require an Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our high-performing team. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you'll report into the CSM Lead and be responsible for proactive engagement with our largest and most valuable customers in an assigned region. The Enterprise CSM will guide our customers to optimal value realization while at the same time partnering with their customers on their business needs. The Enterprise CSM will also be responsible for maintaining increasing NRR across its portfolio.

• You will be responsible for driving continuous value for a portfolio of enterprise accounts in all stages of the customer lifecycle.
• You will act as a trusted advisor to your customers, meeting regularly with relevant stakeholders and continuing to drive engagement.

What do we need from you?
• 4+ years' experience in customer success, and account management working with or for enterprise organizations.
• Self-starter with a proven track record of driving customer success and aligning complex customer solutions at the executive and department levels.
• Experience with supporting, building & maintaining customer relationships.
• Highly organized with the ability to update existing documentation and document new processes.
• Proven success in owning growth and revenue for a book of business including the end-to-end renewal process.
