Tripadvisor is seeking an experienced Customer Success Executive to join our Hospitality SMB organization. The focus of the Customer Success team is to engage with our hotel or restaurant customers with the goal of renewing business year over year and position Tripadvisor as the partner of choice for the hospitality industry.

As a Customer Success Executive you will make outbound calls to our hotel or restaurant customers that are due for renewal and engage in consultative and engage in a consultative and retention and growth approach to facilitate the process of renewing their subscriptions. This is an opportunity to use your expert retention and upselling skills. You will have access to training, processes and tools to support success in this role.

You are the right person for this role if you are proactive, motivated, organized, responsible and able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented and entrepreneurial environment. This role requires excellent sales and communications skills as well as effective relationship-building talents. Beyond that, we are seeking experience in territory management with deliverables every month as well as a strong background in sales with a track record of exceeding targets, preferably in subscription renewals and/or account management.

Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to our current customers prior to renewal dates and ensure continuity with the solution
• Support and guide customers through the subscription renewal process and explain the continued value proposition and benefit for business success
• Renegotiate contracts based on current markets, upsell additional features
• Co-browse with our customers on-line to demonstrate the value proposition
• Modify customer engagement to overcome objections and win customers; identify solutions to issues and concerns.
• Be capable of engaging with prospects appropriate to their needs and metrics (i.e. Return-on-Investment, traffic, views, and sessions)
• Achieve and exceed agreed targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with Business Development in the pursuit of excellent results and flawless execution

Requirements
• Min 1 to 2 years of proven sales experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Account renewal, customer retention, and/or account management experience
• Excellent written and oral communication in the relevant language/s of the country covered
• Superior sales, negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of exceeding goals
• Not intimidated by technical interaction, co-browsing with customer on-line
• Target driven and proven self-starter with ability to deliver on targets without constant supervision
• Territory and pipeline management experience using a CRM (Salesforce)

ENT Client Management
• Lead a Team of AMER Meta Success Managers (MSMs) providing best-in-class campaign optimization recommendations and insights to our largest Enterprise Hotel, OTA (Online Travel Agent), and Aggregator partners

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $160,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Sales Planning Manager, the Sales Planner is responsible for the following critical tasks:
• Provide best in class service and solutions
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to understand their client’s objectives and needs in order to develop strategic media plans
• Maintain and ensure business rules and rates are adhered to while actively presenting solutions when client needs may conflict and require otherwise
• Build comprehensive media plans within our order management system, working to reserve and book inventory
• Generate insertion orders and manage final bookings
• Track delivery pacing on a weekly basis for all campaigns and implement proactive optimizations to ensure all revenue can be recognized and invoiced
• With guidance from Account Manager, work in order management system to revise and optimize live campaigns for delivery, performance, and other client objectives.
• Responsible for client monthly Billing Reconciliation in addition to working with the Tripadvisor Accounting Department to resolve billing issues and generate timely invoices.
• Collaborate alongside Marketing Solutions counterparts to design strategic custom content media plans while maintaining profit margins

Requirements
• 2-3+ years minimum professional experience in digital media at an agency/client/publisher prefer in an Sales Planner or Client Services role
• Understands digital concepts and is up to date on emerging ad formats
• Consistent and proven track record in successfully developing strategic media plans in a B2B environment
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams across all levels including management
• Proficient in Excel and GSuite with an analytical ability is preferred
• Systems knowledge with Sales Tech and Digital Platforms (Salesforce, OMS, DFP, Moat, DoubleVerify, IAS etc.)

In addition, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the following competencies:
