Job Summary

The Head of Lexicography leads the Lexicographical Content Team and directs its content strategy across Dictionary.com and Thesaurus.com. In addition to ensuring all lexicographical content published is authoritative, relevant, and engaging, the Head of Lexicography works closely with the Senior Director of Editorial and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute the strategy in line with business and brand goals.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field or equivalent experience 5 years of experience in workstation or server administration 3 years of experience internal systems engineering - Exchange, Secrets manipulation, Level 2 helpdesk support experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and integration of services Knowledge of scripting languages - primary bash/powershell secondary python... preferred Commanding Knowledge of orchestrating Windows and Linux servers - administration Solid understanding of on-prem AD, Azure AD, email and cloud technologies Knowledge of networks with understanding of OSI model, troubleshooting network connections, security groups Knowledge in SharePoint Administration Knowledge in Azure administrations Understanding of CIS standards and ITIL Standards Preferred Qualifications Active Directory and Security certification or willing to learn and get certified Any Microsoft 365/Azure Certification or willingness to study and get certified Interest in Cloud technology and cyber security Job Summary As a Systems Engineer, you'll be responsible for building and integrating domain and server infrastructure for internal users. You'll be tasked with ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems that support core organizational functions, including creating, maintaining and troubleshooting current and future implementations alongside our parent company. In this role, you'll also regularly engage in quality control of procedures, systems and operations as well as own different IT disciplines. Responsibilities Responding to requests, maintain and prioritize a work ticket queue.
