SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

The Coordinator, Global Trade Development works with the Director or Senior Manager, Global Trade Development to support global marketing in the creation of international marketing programs. The coordinator position tracks, organizes and maintains the compliance of the marketing program activities.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Represent and provide support in a professional manner that conveys a commitment to internal and external customer service
• Perform all the functions necessary to ensure the development and implementation of programs and projects initiated by the Director or Snr. Manager are directly supported
• Support the Director or Snr. Manager (and department) in managing the applicable global offices, ensuring all international representatives have the necessary tools and information to represent Brand USA in their markets
• As needed, prepare and arrange domestic and international travel arrangements, providing travel itineraries, schedules and other pertinent documents as necessary
• Serve as the first reviewer in the invoice payment process, ensuring all invoices are compliant with Brand USA’s policies and contracts
• Schedule and organize departmental meetings, as directed, including internal, cross departmental and external meetings, and international representation onboarding
• Support the team in management of the USA Discovery Program working with technical providers, country managers and in-market teams
• Work with Brand USA staff and the global offices to organize and prepare for international trade events as requested
• Support the Department plan for IPW, an annual domestic trade show, and assist during the event as needed
• Manage inquiries related to market areas as required
• Prepare confidential and regular correspondence, reports and other documents, as directed, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
• Create, review and edit presentations as requested
• Support the Director or Snr. Manager in the creation, content review, communications and logo usage for cooperative marketing programs
• Assist in coordination of all promotional activities around trade and media campaigns
• Assist in the coordination of MegaFams, product fams and other international visits as directed
• Assist the Global Trade Development team on all trade events on the Global Marketplace platform
• Assist in the management of the International Pavilion, maintaining and updating the applicable regional market information to be consistent, updated and relevant.
• Assist the team in contract management including the upload all scope of works and contracts into Salesforce as part of Brand USA’s procurement process
• Create and maintain filing systems, and electronic database and spreadsheets for various projects, as needed
• Act as liaison with other departments and external customers
• Work with Coordinator, Partner Programs in facilitating tools for Partnership Development and Partner Services teams to communicate programs effectively with partners
• Track Brand USA marketing initiatives from development, execution and evaluation

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
• At least 2 years of work-related experience in an international marketing, communications, or promotion environment, preferably within the Travel industry
• Proven track record of contributing to increased sales, market share, or partnership engagement in past work environments
• Proven experience in successfully handling multiple client/partner projects requiring detailed coordination
• Ability to write detailed planning documents, and reports
• Ability to execute a plan and work across the organization to service our internal clients
• Working knowledge of multiple travel Industry segments is preferred

Summary Description

The Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics and Business Insights plays a key role of tracking and reporting our marketing and overall business performance. The Senior Manager aggregates and analyses the performance of various marketing activities across paid media, social media, and website performance, as well as trade ventures and co-op programs, to derive insights influencing strategic decisions. With a strong emphasis on performance metrics, this role must have a deep understanding of the travel industry, marketing metrics and reporting tools to assess business performance, be able to see patterns and identify trends, and formulate actionable recommendations. The Manager, Human Resources reports to the Director, Human Resources & Administration. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
• Analytical Expertise: Proven experience (6+ years) in data cleaning, analyzing and interpreting data, preferably within the travel industry (knowledge of airline data is a plus)
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Industry Understanding: Strong grasp of global geopolitical and macroeconomic factors and their potential influence on the travel sector. (International tourism
• experience is a plus)
• Reporting Proficiency: Proficiency in producing comprehensive reports, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to answer strategic business questions through the synthesis of data.
• Collaborative Skills: Collaborative approach with a demonstrated ability to work seamlessly within cross-functional teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Exceptional proficiency in handling both large and small data sets using tools like Excel, SPSS, R, Python, or other statistical software packages; and proficiency in data visualization tools and market research software.

Work Environment
• Remote, providing the flexibility to work from home or any other suitable location within the continental USA
• Must be able to use a computer at a work station for long periods of time and to accommodate potentially frequent interruptions
• Collaboration and communication among team members occur through digital tools and virtual platforms.

Brand USA’s business hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Our standard work hours may vary based upon position requirements. Get Your Guide is looking for a talented and driven Head of Brand USA to join our incredible Brand Organization. Reporting to the Director of Global Brand, you’ll be responsible for bringing our global brand strategy to the US and ensuring its groundbreaking and consistent execution across all customer touchpoints. You will deepen our customer understanding, being the internal voice of our American customers on our communications, product and experiences focus. You will own the brand building plans for GetYourGuide in the US and ensure seamless execution across touchpoints to accelerate brand awareness, long term customer relationship and ultimately direct growth. You will partner multi-functionally to ensure holisticity, relevance and consistency of our brand communication plans.
You will:
• In line with Global Brand, develop, adapt, localize, and own our US Brand Strategy, the roadmap and its execution to accelerate brand awareness and direct growth
• Oversee and influence a brand and marketing team to deliver holistic and impactful plans in the US
• Own our brand campaign masterplan for the US and partner with channel managers for excellence in execution and maximum brand impact
• Feed the organization with key customer insights - and put them into action
• Ensure consistency and holisticity across everything the customer sees
• Inspire and unite the organization behind our Brand vision and holistic play
• Stay up-to-date on competitive landscape and market trends to inform future strategy and plans
• Plan and measure brand analytics KPIs to steer the course of action and iterate fast for maximum impact - capture the learnings and constantly seek for improvement of the brand marketing recipe for success in the US.
Who you are
• You are based in or are ready to relocate to the New York Metropolitan area. We operate on a hybrid work model and value in-person interactions with the team 2-3 days per week in our Manhattan office.
• 10+ years of experience in Brand Management - with experiences in Brand strategy as well as Brand Marketing operations in the US. Experience in managing a team is a plus. Please note this position does not currently have direct reports, but has potential to turn into a people management position with the growth of the brand.
• Analytical and data driven with clear understanding of KPIs and how they drive strategic decisions (Brand awareness, navigational search, direct growth, CLV…)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high capacity to collaborate with internal teams as well as external partners
• A healthy balance between brand strategy, ability to bring up new ideas and operational excellence
• Proven experience in growing a brand in the digital ecosystem; good understanding of the KPI’s and the success factors of all channels
• Positive spirit and can do attitude, appetite to test new ideas and scale if successful
• Creates a work environment that celebrates sustainable successes, encourages and stands up for diversity & inclusion within the team
• Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high volume environment
