Essential Job Responsibilities 
• Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy. Identify strategic opportunities and make recommendations for improvements to marketing strategy
• Create actionable plans to expand audience & engagement on social media platforms, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok.
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Develop paid social media advertising. Manage audience and campaign development.
• Plan and execute editorial calendar for social channels, manage daily activity for social media platform communications and promotions. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g.original photos, videos, text and news)
• Work with influencers, UGC, and marketing partners to engage new customers
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, monitor reviews and increase loyalty of existing customers. Collaborate with marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency and excellent customer experience
• Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities. Plan and take action on new trends

• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design and applications.
• This role encompasses both strategy and all social execution.

The ideal candidate will have the following technical qualifications
• Experience in creating social media strategies
• Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field is required 
• 3-5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education 
• Proven work experience and success in digital & social marketing
• Proficiency in most of the following tools & technologies: 
• Creator Skills: photography & video capture and editing abilities
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools, with experience setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns
• Campaign reporting & Google Analytics understanding 
• Photography Specific Software Familiarity (e.g. Lightroom, CaptureOne, PhotoShop/Basic Adobe Suite) 
• WooCommerce, Shopify and/or Amazon knowledge is a plus.

Tether is seeking a freelance Senior UX/UI Designer to work on a project basis and across various projects. This can be 100% remote and the individual is free to work on other projects. You will work under the collaborative direction of the Creative Director and/or Associate Creative Director operating across several disciplines involved in providing a positive user experience, including IA, UI Design, and IxD. • Display and continue to develop professional-level creative execution for interactive media. Display competency for tools and techniques to deliver on branded interaction and user experience design.
• Display and continue to develop a solid understanding of online digital production execution, digital production techniques and developer integration, including delivering complete, orderly files to the development team, through production design files with redlines.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of browser and device limitations.
• Ability to provide optimized digital assets to the developers in order to produce the digital experience
• Manage digital assets needed to complete the design of the digital experience

What we'd like to

• Experience designing visual UI design solutions with information architecture, visual communication and hierarchy
• Ability to collaborate with creative directors, designers, developers, and copywriters to create compelling digital brand experiences
• Top notch basic Mac and Adobe Creative Suite skills
• UX concepting and rapid prototyping experience via Adobe XD or Sketch
• A basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and the mechanics of web and app development
