The Retail and IT Hardware Lifecycle Officer will provide strong customer service and asset lifecycle support to university staffed locations on campus with limited support to remote locations via courier services. The Retail and IT Hardware Lifecycle Officer will act as the main point of contact staffing these locations 5 days a week managing the daily functions of the ITAM Counter. This will include the processing of new orders, managing inventory, new mobile phone service setup and assisting with the asset disposal service including asset assessment to determine next lifecycle steps following the disposal process workflows.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
• manage approvals and new orders that come through UniBuy. Pick and assign devices from inventory in accordance with the PO, processing orders in the inventory management system, and contacting staff to let them know the order is ready for collection or book couriers for remote location deliveries
• maintain on-campus stock levels by completing weekly stock takes of on-campus inventory
• assist with moving inventory from warehouse to on-campus locations when required, dependent on either stock take levels or large volume order fulfillment.
• coordinate with couriers to accept large volume orders at offsite warehouse and store in accordance with existing workflows
• access vendor systems to setup mobile phone services for customers to fulfill new handset and mobile service request
• engage with clients in person, over the phone or via email to assist collections as well as any questions that staff may have.

About you
• tertiary qualifications - In a relevant field or an equivalent combination of relevant training and experience
• driver's license - No Issuer
• ability to lift large boxes up to 15KG for short periods of time
• ability to provide support to customers with differing levels of technical experience and understanding.
• capable of working independently under minimal supervision
• demonstrated high level interpersonal skills and expertise, with the ability to convey information to staff at all levels of the organization.

A new and exciting opportunity is available for a Research Project Officer to provide project management advice and operational support to the Chief Investigator, coordinating the implementation and delivery of activities and tasks to meet established milestones and deliverables for Project HIRAID Aged Care.

The incumbent will join a team that is addressing some of the most pressing health challenges using transformative behaviour change research approaches.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
• coordinate the project and research data collection and provide administrative services/support for the work area for data collection
• coordinate and provide project support for the work area

About you
• hold tertiary qualifications in psychology or behavioural sciences and a doctoral qualification
• have experience in a research-intensive environment or interest in teaching and working in relevant fields in academia or clinical practice
• have experience in carrying out literary searches and preparing literary reviews for further analysis
• have extensive experience in developing and working on research projects, including expertise in using research protocols, experimental design, ethics submissions and grant applications
• be able to work both independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and exercising sound judgement in resolving matters that may arise as part of normal daily work
• have advanced skills data analysis, using statistical analysis tools, and reporting on research findings
• have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with sound negotiating and conflict resolution skills and a demonstrated level of tact and discretion in dealing with day-to-day operational matters
• have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative and exercise sound judgement and ability to prioritize workload during busy periods
• have a working understanding of relevant aspects of the Work Health and Safety Policy and relevant legislation, including Safe Laboratory Practices, as applicable to the work environment
• have a current driving licence.

The Sydney Curriculum Program is a flagship Education program within Strategy 2032. As the Senior Lead, Sydney Curriculum Program, you will provide program management across several key Curriculum Management initiatives, including curriculum sustainability, curriculum complexity and curriculum management.

The key accountabilities and responsibilities will be:
• Follow the direction of the Unit of Study Coordinator in delivering tutoring material in marketing subjects at an undergraduate and/or postgraduate level
• Engage regularly with the UoS Coordinator and other tutor colleagues
• Engage constructively with students through the semester and provide relevant feedback to all assessments as directed by the UoS Coordinator
• Develop expertise in tutoring by engaging with other tutors, academic staff and attending the Tutor Development Program administered by the Business School (for new tutors only)

Essential criteria:
