The RISE with SAP organization is responsible for transforming how we sell and deliver to our customers in the cloud. To demonstrate our focus on true customer value, and adoption, we are looking for an experienced member to join our RISE Cloud Advisory Team focusing on end-to-end customer adoption and success once a customer decides on a RISE journey.

The RISE Cloud Advisory Team is responsible for defining and implementing the collaborative framework that allows for a smooth end-to-end customer journey for RISE customers. This team works with internal and external delivery stakeholders to define and continuously improve SAP's post-sales customer care processes for RISE customers, bringing that knowledge into the pre-sales process to assist with customer expectation management, and a smooth transition to the cloud.

To support our customers through their RISE journey we have set up a team of RISE Adoption Advisors who work with Internal SAP teams, Customers, and Partners to assist in developing the defined RISE customer journeys and support the creation of smooth adoption plans.

The RISE Adoption Advisor is a key role spanning presales activities, acting as an Advisor and mentor to account teams regarding all aspects of RISE post-sales, assisting with customer expectation management, and supporting VATs to leverage the RISE Adoption Framework.

Additionally, the RISE Adoption Advisor works alongside colleagues in Customer Success (CS), SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS), Partner Ecosystem Success (PES), and other teams, providing advice, guidance, and help in explaining how SAP takes care of our RISE customers. Coupled with providing training and enablement via Bootcamps and regional pilots the RISE Adoption Advisor aims to scale the use of the RISE with SAP adoption framework and its BTP toolkit (RAFT) within all RISE sales cycles, supporting regional sales to better manage customer expectations about 'what happens next' on their RISE journey, before they sign the contract.

The role of RISE Adoption Advisor - Programme expert is a specialist Adoption Advisor role with deep SAP experience, preferably in S/4 as a program manager, architect, or senior consultant. Direct implementation experience of S/4 will be highly regarded.

This role will work closely with the Global Head of RISE Adoption Advisors, working on internal and external projects, many of which will vary between internal and some customer-facing.

The successful candidate will have experience in structured program management, will also have worked in intense and sensitive situations with customers at C and Executive levels, and will have experience in guiding and steering complex topics to a successful outcome.

This role will require working with customers who have hybrid ERP system landscapes with a mix of on-premise platforms, private and public cloud solutions/services, therefore proven experience in these areas will be essential, with S/4 knowledge being of primary importance.

Language skills are a must in both written and spoken English and Spanish. Additional Languages would be of benefit, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese

The core Tasks will typically include but are not limited to:
• Work directly with the Global Head of RISE Adoption Advisors on strategic customer engagements and internal programs such as GtM, process improvement, etc.
• Working with account teams in the pre-sales phase to provide guidance and support to customers, partners, and SAP VATs regarding RISE post-sales delivery and support models.
• Become proficient in the RISE Adoption Framework as the key tool to leverage discussions with customers and partners.
• Engage with and orchestrate RISE end-to-end customer journey activities across account teams, CSS, ECS, and PES, including other SAP organizations and stakeholders as needed.
• Understand customer post-sales and operational concerns, and how to leverage SAP teams to address them.
• Map customer RISE project and operational activities into the RISE adoption tool through the collaboration of workshops with the internal VAT, Customer teams, and partners.
• When necessary, can act as a "troubleshooter" to remove blockers to Adoption progress and engage with customers up to C-Level as required.
• Defining and running SAP internal governance and checkpoint meetings on behalf of the Global RISE Cloud Advisory Team
• Providing updates to key internal stakeholders via appropriate channels
• Improve stakeholder understanding and adoption of RISE through developing trusting and deep relationships with multiple SAP stakeholders and our Partner ecosystem.
