About the Role:

As a CS Senior Program Manager at Remitly, you will be responsible for customer and business outcomes across our customer success disbursement operations. About the Role:

The Product Analyst, Fraud will report to the Sr. Analytics Manager for Fraud on the Risk Analytics team. In this role, you will apply data science and analytics techniques to drive rapid, rational decision making within one of Remitly's highest leverage functions. Our Risk Program team is responsible for managing our Fraud, Identity and AML outcomes. Our objective is to leverage product configuration, analytics, policy, and processes to keep bad actors out of our system, while still providing exceptional customer experiences for our customers.

About the Role:

You will be the voice of the customer when creating rational Identity and Anti-money-laundering (AML) policies and... procedures. You will partner with product, compliance, legal, analytics, and operations to manage the system and drive change; expertly walking the thin line between eliminating bad actors from our system, and providing a world class customer experience.

You Will:

As the Principal Technical Program Manager for Financial Products, you will coordinate the integration of finance systems across the entire company. You will work with the business teams to understand their needs and coordinate the launch of a scaled, multi-product ledger system over multiple years, while many of the products it is being built to support, are in-flight. You will understand our Treasury, Accounting, and Reconciliation systems, and work with the most senior engineers at Remitly to facilitate design changes to our underlying data stores that eliminate manual effort and simplify our automation.

You will be responsible for project management for the entire Finance Products organization (schedule management, status reporting, intake, scope tracking, change management, dependencies, and risk management. We're searching for a Governance, Risk, and Compliance expert to join Remitly's Information Security team. As a member of Security, you will be an internal control champion who works across Remitly's distributed system landscape to educate around SOX and ensure maintenance of relevant IT general controls. You Have:
• Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.

• 8+ years of experience in statistical experimentation methods, such as A/B testing, experimental design, power analysis, and non-parametric statistics.

About the Role:

Remitly is looking for an inventive and customer centric Executive Assistant to join our team. This role will report to the Sr EBP in support of the CEO's office and project/ event coordination for the management team. This is an opportunity to contribute to the success of a fast-growing startup by providing seamless support to the Executive Leadership Team. This position is based in... You Will:
• Assist in scheduling external and internal meetings across multiple teams and time zones while avoiding conflicts and helping manage time effectively.

The Role

Remitly's finance team is looking for a global leader and expert in tax, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, who is excited by the opportunity to make a big impact in a fast-paced and scaling Company. This individual will lead efforts to help to minimize global tax risks while optimizing the global effective tax rates, streamline indirect tax compliance in the customer transaction cycle, and strategically... plan for the future.

What You'll Do
• Lead a global team of 4+ tax professionals with a focus on both indirect and direct taxes for Remitly's global entities
• Provide oversight and for overall company tax affairs, including compliance, accounting for income taxes, technical research, process improvement, and risk and controls assessment
• Develop and lead global tax strategy goals
• Assess the tax impact of strategic initiatives in partnership with your internal partners
• Ensure compliance with US and international tax laws and regulations
• Identify tax risks and offer viable solutions to reduce the risks
• Ensure accounting for taxes in accordance with the relevant financial reporting framework
• Evaluate potential impact of tax legislation on the Company and recommend proper course of action
• Respond to tax audit inquiries including audits at the federal, state, local and foreign authorities

Who You Are:
• You have a bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance and 10+ years of professional experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Also bring a Master's degree, or law degree
• Experience working in Public accounting or with a public company
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license

About the Role:

The Customer Success Product team is looking for an experienced, creative Principal Product Manager, to lead our organization-wide effort of building solutions to delight Customers across the world by resolving their issues quickly and with high accuracy. You will report into the Director, Digital Support Product.

You will lead the vision for our issue classification and channel strategy. The Digital... Support team designs experiences for millions of customers and defines and builds products that use machine learning and artificial intelligence to predict, anticipate, and respond to customers’ needs – resolving their issues in an automated fashion and on the best channel. These products automate support in multiple channels and platforms including chat and messaging platforms, social media channels, and phone. You will lead both the strategy and delivery of your roadmap, defining projects from concept to execution as a product owner. You Will:
• Lead the Customer Success issue classification and channel strategy
• Develop product strategy, road mapping and prioritization
• Be a customer advocate; use customer feedback, data analysis and market research to develop and deliver product features
• Work with designers to define interaction, design and UI requirements and priorities
• Set up and analyze A/B tests and provide comprehensive test readouts with well thought through recommendations

You Have:
• 8+ years of relevant experience in product management with at least 3 years experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence

• Ability to use data in decision-making
• Experience setting and accomplishing product strategy, road-mapping, and prioritization
• Experience leading teams using the Agile, lean, and kanban methodologies
• Experience working with design teams and have a toolbox of frameworks and methods for different aspects of product management
• Experience working with engineers to make tough technical tradeoffs and you can sweat the details to understand the impacts of these tradeoffs and find a careful balance between short-term outcomes and long-term effects.
