• Communicate insights effectively: Share research findings in a clear, compelling, and engaging manner through reports, presentations, and workshops, influencing key stakeholders and driving strategic decision-making.
• Foster a culture of research excellence: Mentor and develop your team, establish best practices in research methodologies, and contribute to the broader UX research community.
What you'll bring:
• 10+ years of experience in UX research: Proven track record of leading research initiatives, conducting user testing, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strategic mindset: Experience developing and executing research plans that align with business objectives and drive long-term product vision.
• Outstanding communication skills: Ability to articulate complex research findings clearly and persuasively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative spirit: Thrive in a dynamic team environment, build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, and work effectively through ambiguity.
• Passion for customer experience: Deep understanding of CX principles and methodologies and a genuine commitment to designing solutions that meet user needs and exceed expectations.
Additional Information:
• Bachelor's and Master's degree in UX research, design, research, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 4-5 years of experience in strategic UX/Product/CX roles.
• Solid understanding of modern technologies, commerce, and personalization
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams.
• Experience working cross-functionally and synthesizing feedback from diverse stakeholders.
• Compelling storytelling skills to educate and engage audiences.
• Experience with the financial services industry a plus.
