About the Operations Department:
The commercial operations team is not only the partner facing piece of the PWN organization, delivering exceptional service and results for partners (labs and lab resellers) and PWN alike but also the driver of all internal operations focused on the delivery of seamless execution across all projects. General Position Summary:
Will provide direction and leadership to the Integration team. This role is responsible for the management of the Integration team on projects/tasks and initiatives that support the organization. About the Product & Technology Department:
The Product & Technology team advocates for our partners and consumers to design and implement outstanding customer journeys. We're at the forefront of consumer genetics, and our work impacts millions of people every year. Most of the product and design team members are based in our HQ in NYC, while the engineering team works remotely.
General Position Summary:
As a member of our Engineering team, you will work with our engineering teams, product teams and business stakeholders to support our applications and services, closely track monitoring metrics, surface and triage issues and support our internal data needs. We are looking for a collaborative engineer with experience in systems monitoring, issue tracking and triage, ticket management and coding expertise. Our stack is mostly in Ruby on Rails, with infrastructure in AWS.
