What you will be doing:

Corporate
• Maintain corporate records for the parent entity and assist with preparation and organization of board and committee materials, including preparation of proposed resolutions, minutes, presentations, and other materials.
• Form and manage domestic and international subsidiaries, including maintenance of corporate books and records, annual reports/filings, and collaborating with Tax, Finance, and HR departments on subsidiary matters.
• Assist in preparation of securities filing and related matters.
• Provide support on employee equity and related matters, including capitalization table related matters and transfer agreements.
• Establish and manage internal corporate processes, including maintenance of corporate records and databases and implementation of policies.
• Work on special corporate projects, as needed.

Litigation
• Assist in conducting investigations and lead document collection and production efforts related to pre-litigation matters, filed lawsuits, and third party subpoenas.
• Support or drive case management such as workflows, task lists, status updates, timing, and overall case organization.
• Respond to law enforcement requests.

General Legal Department Support
• Liaise with internal and external counsel on a regular basis.
• Work in tandem with Legal Ops to onboard outside counsel, provide procedural guidance to law firms, and manage outside counsel guidelines.
• Facilitate execution and payment of invoices and agreements.
• Assist in developing, updating, and tracking budget projections for the Legal department.

• You have experience and working knowledge of a mix of private and public company corporate governance and securities matters such as Reg D filings, Blue Sky laws, and Section 16 filings.
• 7 years of corporate paralegal experience, including experience at high-growth public and private tech companies.
• Bachelor’s degree.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing initiatives to drive awareness, understanding, and growth of Podium in key markets and verticals. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Define and maintain the messaging & positioning of product capabilities and features to prospects and customers
• Drive/facilitate go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches, feature releases, and roadmap updates
• Coordinate regularly with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to ensure internal product readiness and enablement around product releases
• Own the development of internal-facing training and enablement materials
• Own the development of customer-facing marketing assets to support product storytelling (e.g. customer case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, GTM Partners, Engineering, Sales, and Business Development to create and maintain the cohesiveness of our messaging and positioning
• Support the enablement of our sales teams around the user, the product, the market, and our competitors
• Create and manage research projects to better understand current market trends, the broader competitive landscape, and existing user needs

REQUIREMENTS
• 4 -7 years of proven success in a software-based PMM role required. Prior experience as a PMM with a SaaS environment is strongly preferred. Bonus points for experience with self-serve/free trial funnels and/or software + hardware product offerings
• Professional, but personable demeanor with demonstrated ability to interact with and lead diverse teams
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences and customer-facing messaging

• Document and understand key GTM processes in order to strategize with our department stakeholders on the best technical solutions
• Facilitate requirement gathering meetings, communicate complex business needs into clear, actionable systems requirements, researches and evaluates alternative solutions with our business team members
• Evaluate design of existing business processes & systems to judge their functionality, effectiveness, reliability, performance, usage, maintainability and cost of ownership.
• Understand and articulates data requirements and data quality standards related to business application projects
• Collaborate with other analysts and project contributors to create comprehensive and cohesive solution approaches
• Solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions related to the GTM & CS application suite (Salesforce Sales Cloud, etc) while driving for OOTB solutions and articulating the pros/cons of customizations
• Work with a dedicated team (Admin, Developer, Program Manager) to build a best in class GTM and CS flow across multiple systems

What you should have:
• You are highly adaptable in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment; able to thrive within ambiguity.
• GTM & Salesforce automation experience
• Lead to Opportunity and customer experience business process and flow experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Salesforce.com
• Minimum of 2 years experience in business process and/or requirements gathering
• Experience working in complex, enterprise, global Salesforce implementations
• Experience working in a business process team and coordinating process efforts across multiple levels of the organization
• Ability to perform efficiently within a high pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Enterprise business solutioning experience for large corporations
• Technical implementation consulting experience is a plus

During this internship you will work closely with the Partner Marketing Team and be an integral part of making our partner channel run more efficiently. What you will be doing:
• Assist in partner and product marketing material strategy, research, creation, and deployment
• Assist with product marketing initiatives through partners - positioning, launching, competitor analysis, reporting, etc.
• Branding marketing assets for our partners
• Work closely with our GTM Partnerships sales team to help deploy marketing campaigns through our largest partners
• Coordinate across the Marketing org to execute on partnership marketing strategies and initiatives
• Participate in strategy meetings with partners
• Help out with other projects and initiatives as assigned

• Availability to work part-time 15-20 hours/week

The Field Sales Account Executive position is to facilitate field sales of Podium’s software and hardware offerings to existing and prospective customers in an assigned territory with the primary focus on new customer acquisition. This role requires leveraging existing relationships, and developing new relationships, and acting as a trusted business partner to deeply understand the unique company challenges and goals. This person will manage a specific territory in the greater Salt Lake City, UT area and is expected to be organized and communicative with a Founder’s mentality.

What you will be doing:
• Prospect and set appointments from both an inside and outside sales motion.
• Establish productive relationships with key personnel in each territory.
• Conduct product and sales training with new and prospective Podium customers.
• Maintain a SaaS and GPV quota
• Make sure all assigned customers are up to date with all product offerings and marketing materials.
• Assist with consumer engagement events and activities within the designated territory
• Continually visit and monitor accounts for new opportunities.
• Attend trade shows as determined necessary by management
• This job requires 75% travel
• Provide feedback to management on progress and opportunity within the territory
• Other duties as assigned by manager or designee

What you should have:
• 1+ years of territory sales experience.
• Engaging, persuasive, and approachable personality.
• Well organized, determined, motivated, and a hunter mentality.
• Possess strong knowledge of sales techniques and processes
• Experience with customer-facing, fact-based selling strategies (inside and outside sales).
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Readiness to travel to customers, targets, and industry events.
