We’re on a journey to better automation in the NHS, helping our clinical teams spend more time with their patients and less time filling forms...

So, if you’re fired up by software, keen on robotic processes and sold on solutions, you might be the person to help us along the way.

We’re not just nurses and doctors in the NHS. Writing referral letters, processing job applications, and just doing the routine stuff shouldn’t get in the way of great clinical care.

That’s where robotic process automation comes in.

But we can’t do it without great people to help us.

As our RPA manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, performance and direction of the RPA team.

You’ll have responsibility for overseeing the workloads, processes, systems, and deliverables. You will engage with the wider organisation and system partners to be the face of the RPA team, working collaboratively to maximise the potential of RPA as a digital enabler and a solution.

Taking the lead on projects, you’ll need to be an excellent communicator as well as having the right values that fit our own; compassionate, aspirational, responsive and excellent.

Bring your skills and be part of the UKs greatest asset; our NHS.

One of the largest community NHS trusts in the UK, KCHFT are rated ‘outstanding’ by the CQC. We’ve got a passion for delivering high standards of care to patients and deliver excellent services to improve the health of our communities. To do this we need outstanding people who share our values Compassionate Aspirational Responsive Excellent

We’re committed to equality, diversity and inclusion, which leads to better patient care and a happier workforce. So, all our colleagues have equal access to career opportunities.

We’ve signed up to be a real UK living wage employer. From September 2022, the minimum salary we’ll pay is £10.90 per hour (excluding apprentices). The real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate voluntarily paid by 7,000+ UK businesses who believe their staff deserve a fair wage. Committing to the real UK Living Wage is one way we’re delivering our pledge to be the best employer

Flexibility is another way we do this. In the NHS, we’re reminded every day how important life is. As a flexible working friendly organisation, we want you to be able to work in a way that is best for us, for our patients and for you. Speak to us about how we might be able to accommodate a flexible working arrangement without having to sacrifice time for personal interests or family commitments. We’ll support you to work flexibly in a way that will suits us both.

Looking for professional development? We can support that too! Our career pathways will help you achieve your aspirations
