The person will be responsible for identifying the top... multilingual services demand within the MotionPoint core customer base as well as similar companies in the market to develop a multilingual marketing practice group at MotionPoint. That practice group will drive the strategy of types of services offered by priority and strategies for service fulfillment. Initially, the focus will be on content marketing and SEO. In the end, the group may be staffed by existing teams within MotionPoint, partnerships, or new hires. This role will function as a liaison between acquired marketing services by MotionPoint (owned, licensed, or partnered) and existing website localization services. For each service, the role will be to manage the fulfillment strategy. The liaison will need to contemplate how marketing services are both cross sold to customers and how to organize account management and customer success of the marketing services most efficiently.Essential Job FunctionsEstablish and maintain initial GTM (go-to-market) plan for Multilingual Marketing services at MotionPoint inclusive of roadmap.Develop ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) for Multilingual Marketing services by marketing service type and continue to refine.Assess fulfillment strategies (build, buy, partner) short and long term based on success criteria. • Explore new partnerships with non-marketing agencies that could be channel partners such as global commerce, platforms, global fulfillment, or consulting agencies.
• Managing relationships with partners to ensure they are satisfied with the partnership’s performance.
• Work with marketing to develop and monitor partner marketing programs to nurture existing partners or generate leads for new partners.
• Travel where necessary to partner events/meetings to represent the business, and or present our solutions to both partners and end user customers of partners.
• Managing partner relations and communications including negotiating contracts, managing conflicts, and initiating termination procedures when necessary

Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented staff accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties within our organization. The staff accountant's responsibilities include assisting in preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, assisting with 1099 tax filing preparations, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned.
To be successful as a staff accountant, you should have a solid working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial analysis skills. An outstanding staff accountant should also possess strong Excel skills, be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently.
Essential Job Functions
• Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
• Preparing financial analyses and reports.
• Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
• Assisting with annual audit preparations.
• Investigating and resolving account discrepancies.
• Assisting with tax filing preparations for federal, state, local, 1099 and special tax returns.
• Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
• Performing other accounting duties and supporting accounting department staff as required or assigned.
• Review contracts for revenue recognition and ASC 606 compliance.
• Ability to review large data sets and analyze information for business review and KPI metrics.
• Reconciling customer account balances and assist in resolution of discrepancies.
