What You Will Do:

An integral part of the L’Oreal Professionnel Integrated Marketing and Communication team, the Manager of social media, influencer relations and PR, will work closely with the AVP of IMC to create and deliver impactful campaigns that increase brand awareness among professionals and consumers.

This role will oversee the execution of social media and influencer strategies across existing social channels, help to lead test and learns on emerging platforms and ensure that strategies meet current best practice standards for each channel.

Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for channel strategy and management of L’Oreal Professionnel US brand social channels: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and Snapchat
• Manage Social Media calendar and oversee community management
• Grow and support pro and consumer influencer relationships and manage relationships, contracts and core activity with brand ambassadors
• Support agency partners to increase share of voice among consumer and trade press outlets through PR events, mailings and organic outreach
• Partner with field and education teams to support in market activations via advocacy, social and PR
• Work closely with global marketing partners on brand messages, influencer content and global press initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners from marketing, education, creative, paid social as well as CDMO teams to amplify and support campaigns
• Track trends and social listening within lifestyle category as well as hair and beauty industry
• Brainstorm ideas for monthly influencer gifting to support an always on seeding approach (organic and pay-for-play)
• Measure social media growth and engagement using analytics tools (i.e. Traackr, Rival IQ, Netbase)
• Manage intern and outside agency partners

Desired Skills:
• 5+ years of experience developing, managing, and growing a brand’s social media platforms and influencer network
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Tribe Dynamics, Traacker, Social Bakers, NetBase, Sprinklr, Cision, IronClad, Rival IQ and My Market
• Solid understanding of social media analytics
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Enthusiastic attitude and flexibility to adapt and pivot based on data and brand needs
• Passion for social media, influencer and PR

What You Will Learn:

The Assistant Manager, Paid Social Media is responsible for the implementation and execution of Paid Social campaigns in line with the agreed activation strategy. Required Qualifications:
