The Position: The Business Intelligence & Data Warehouse Development Lead designs, develops, and manages enterprise reporting, the Operational Data Store (ODS), Data Warehouse (DW), and business processes to support it leveraging the Microsoft SQL Server BI platform. This team member facilitates BICC (Business Intelligence Competency Center) meetings and power user group meetings to collaborate with our fellow bakers to leverage data to support decision-making.

Essential Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, implement and manage complex ETL processes sourcing data from a variety of internal and external systems supporting Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, Café, E-commerce, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Human Resources.
• Participate and contribute to projects requiring BI support.
• Develop Power BI reports and support analysts developing their own reports.
• Build and support processes using SSIS for high quality extraction/transformation/load (ETL) programs, SSAS for Tabular and Multidimensional OLAP databases, SSRS for reporting.
• Develop, roll-out and implement a Business Intelligence Strategy to ensure alignment between IT and the business.
• Design, develop, maintain, and publish logical and physical data models, entity relationship diagrams and a common data dictionary.
• Design, document, maintain and publish data flow diagrams depicting source to target mappings supporting a tiered data architecture comprised of source systems, an operational data store (ODS), data warehouse (DW) and data marts (DM).
• Build and maintain solid relationships with internal and external customers, vendors, and peers.
• Work collaboratively with key business users to understand their information needs and provide high quality, high performing, and intuitive data solutions.
• Create documentation and other materials to support training and a company BI knowledgebase.
• Assist and train end-users in the design and development of reports, charts/graphs, and data visualizations.
• Operate as a subject matter expert, leader, and mentor to improve the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of DW/BI throughout the company.
• Participate in the evaluation of new business intelligence technologies such as data modeling, ETL, appliances, reporting tools and portal solutions.
• Participate in rotating off-hours, on-call duties.

Minimum Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field is required. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• 5+ years of experience using Microsoft SQL Server Database, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS and Power BI is required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills required.
• Experience sourcing data directly from disparate systems (ERP, WMS, CRM, POS, E-Com and HRMS) is required.
• Strong understanding of T-SQL, MDX, DAX, and SQL data warehousing best practices.
• Expert understanding of data warehouse concepts such as star schemas, snowflake schemas, operational data stores, data warehouses, data marts and OLAP technology.
• Expert knowledge in database and report performance engineering, diagnosing, and tuning of ETL programs and reports.
• Experience with other relational databases, BI reporting and data discovery tools is highly desirable.
• Understanding of Master Data Management and the business processes needed to support it.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively with IS peers and managed service providers to identify, understand and analyze complex data in a variety of source systems such as: ERP, WMS, CRM, E-Com, HRMS, etc.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Ability to participate in rotating off-hours, on-call duties required.

The Position: The Temporary Kitchen Assistant II supports the daily food preparation for King Arthur’s Café and kitchen. The Position: The Bakery Intern will join King Arthur Baking Company’s Norwich, Vermont bakery team throughout the calendar year. This baking and pastry student should be passionate about artisan bread and pastry work. The individual in this role should be hardworking, have great attention to detail, and be ready to apply themselves in a team-centric and fast-paced environment. King Arthur Baking interns get hands-on experience and learn from our expert team of bakers as they work side-by-side. The Position: The Baking School Instructor educates and inspires customers by providing an interactive baking experience. • Maintains proper inventory levels for all building related equipment
• Secures, estimates, and obtains cost quotes as needed for replacement parts or new equipment as requested
• Coordinates arrangement and monitoring of appropriate third-party contractor services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, equipment related vendors)
• Understands and utilizes QA, safety, and ergonomic best practices in all work processes.
• Provides technical safety and support to company's safety department as needed
• Maintains a clean and organized work area
• Performs all work in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices while implementing and following Lean practices

Minimum Job Requirements
• High school diploma
• 5+ years of related experience in manufacturing equipment or related field
• Mechanical/Technical Certified such as Electrical, HVAC, etc.
• Available to work full time
• Working knowledge and experience of machines and tools, including their design, uses, repair and maintenance
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with CMMS preferred
• Experience in food manufacturing preferred
• Electrical background preferred
• Ability to be flexible with job assignments and quickly master new tasks.
• Ability to organize work and establish priorities
• Willingness to obtain additional trade certifications which support job requirements
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and follow through on assigned tasks in a timely manner
• After hours’ coverage (nights/weekends) as needed

The Position: The Baking School Steward’s primary responsibility is to provide a clean and safe kitchen area for our staff; wash and clean dishware, pots, pans, utensils and other equipment as needed. The individual in this role keeps the sink area and equipment clean and organized.

The Location: Located onsite in our Burlington WA Baking School

The Shift: This position will work Saturdays and Sundays, 10am - 2pm

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Essential duties and responsibilities
• Keeps dish room clean and organized
• Assumes 100% responsibility for the cleanliness of pots, pans, dishware and utensils
• Washes and stores all pots, pans, dishware and utensils
• Maintains adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
• Cleans food preparation and production areas as required
• Helps team with classroom support
• Completes opening and closing checklists
• Assists in cleaning and maintaining classroom spaces
• Bags and hauls compost and linens to the dumpster area
• Performs other kitchen maintenance duties as assigned.
