What You Will Do
• Drive the strategy, execution, and delivery for all aspects of SEO for Story by J.P. Morgan (Story.JPMorgan.com) in order to increase lead generation from organic search, decrease customer acquisition cost and improve brand awareness/product consideration.
• Work closely with product teams to optimize all aspects of site structure to help increase discovery and indexing.
• Lead link building strategy, coordinating with marketers in the Commercial Bank, Commercial Real Estate and other stakeholders in the bank.
• Partner closely with Content, Product, Legal/Compliance and Marketing teams to set an SEO content strategy and see projects through execution, distribution and optimization
• Serve as a thought leader for all things SEO and represent Story in firmwide SEO initiatives
• Manage organic search KPIs that connect to business goals and provide regular analysis and reporting into the impact of organic search and progress vs. competition.
• Be a leader beyond your role, a change maker & thought leader in the JPMC CRE community. Apply creative problem solving and analytic skills to provide ongoing insight into the business and make recommendations and decisions
What We Are Looking For
• 7+ years of experience in search engine optimization and well versed in all aspects of SEO, content development and link building.
• Experience building SEO infrastructure/processes from the ground, preferably at a B2B or B2C SaaS or Marketplace.
• Ability to work with legal, compliance and business partners to ensure content and tactics have appropriate controls and brand safety.
• Financial services experience a plus, but not required
• Enthusiastic self-starter with a willingness to operate at both strategic levels and to manage tactical execution with a strong sense of teamwork, collaboration and consensus building
• Outstanding organizational, project management, people, and communication skills, including strong writing abilities and proven experience communicating key value messages to a variety of audiences both internal and external.

• Assist with the transition of production application support tasks from other towers into the Application Support Monitoring Team in order to realize increased service optimization through economies of scale.

The ability to work across the lines of business and across functions is paramount in delivering a world-class offering and client experience. The candidate will be familiar with the life insurance and retirement industry, and can effectively manage between sales and service support needs of the product.
Responsibilities Include
• Develops and manages advisor campaigns and tracks success results based on statistical data from key performance indicators
• Responsible for building new and maintaining existing relationships with advisors to increase adoption of life insurance solutions - ensuring trust from advisors is crucial for the successful execution of the job
• Conduct calls with financial advisors and clients to educate on life insurance products - additionally, actively consult and advise advisors to provide them with value-added strategies to increase advisor adoption
• Collaborate with advisors to include annuities in goals based plans for clients; ability to educate advisors on financial products and the process of delivering life insurance solutions
• Provide proactive and reactive advice and guidance to advisors around structuring life insurance solutions for clients
• Coordinating, planning, and presenting educational webinars for advisors in addition to other marketing campaigns
• Maintain an effective relationship with internal and external partners in order to drive life insurance solutions, develop deeper relationships and deliver Goals Based Advice solutions for clients
• Actively participates and contributes to the goals and objectives of the firm by working collaboratively and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5+ years within financial services the Private Bank preferably and a leadership role
• Experience in working with advisors a plus
• Excellent relationship building, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi - task and work in a fast-paced team environment
• Self - driven and independent worker with a sense of urgency and drive towards results
• FINRA 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) required

As a Content Producer/Content Manager, you will be adept in content management systems, curating content and tracking content performance to help build and evolve a new platform in the Commercial Real... Estate space. Are you someone with expertise in content production, managing content partnerships and creating compelling user-focused content experiences? If so, consider joining us. Daily: Responsible for collecting and publishing approved editorial content (including news, events, videos, reports and podcasts).
