Overview of the role:
The Operations Analyst will assist the Operations manager in the overall financial management of the client. They will work directly with the Client Service Teams controlling all financial aspects for their clients and provide overall financial stewardship. The incumbent will be involved in finances by supporting the Client Service team. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for the review of prepared MPA’s before going to client, collect PO’s where applicable, setting up estimates in MediaOcean, inputting Print, Paid Social and Search media into Prisma and assisting Media Finance Coordinators with the discrepancies for them, billing, collection, and campaign balancing for the client while working collaboratively with the media team to ensure proper processes are followed overall.
Key Responsabilities:

About the Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing the overall health and success of their respective account or accounts. Within this role you’ll be responsible for the ownership of your clients’ programmatic media strategy and oversee its implementation and day-to-day execution. The primary responsibilities of the role include the management of the programmatic team and engaging with respective digital agency counterparts, clients, and external partners. Your Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising; OR equivalent professional work experience
• 5 Years of relevant career experience, with 3 years’ experience trading programmatic campaigns at an agency, brand, DSP or Ad Network strongly preferred.
• Other Programmatic functions, Paid Search, Paid Social, Ad Operations, Digital Analytics or Digital Planning or client-side roles supporting a direct response or ecommerce brand may also be considered for high qualified candidates.

While our programmatic teams are a part of a broader programmatic community dedicated to shaping best practices, our individual trading teams work directly with their agency counterparts to create and execute campaigns that support our clients overall marketing objectives.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing the overall health and success of their respective account or accounts. Within this role you’ll be responsible for the ownership of your clients’ programmatic media strategy and oversee its implementation and day-to-day execution. The primary responsibilities of the role include the management of the programmatic team and engaging with respective digital agency counterparts, clients, and external partners. You will also be expected to be the team’s strongest programmatic trader and should be a source of expertise and point of escalation for all aspects of the execution of a programmatic campaign including implementation, optimization and inventory, and audience strategy. Typically, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day workload, training and career development of between 3-8 reports.
Your Impact:
• Collaborate with planning teams to develop a programmatic strategy that ensures the clients marketing objectives are met with appropriate programmatic tactics
• Oversee the management of campaigns to ensure they consistently meet or exceed client KPIs and lending support to day-to-day trading as needed
• Act as the team’s central point of trading expertise and escalation to address problems as they arise for the account
• Create and enforce workflow processes to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time
• Hold members of the team accountable to flawless execution of campaign implementation and develop the QA processes that allow them to do so
• Own and improve the working relationships with members of the broader digital account teams including planning, investment, operations, and analytics
• Develop relationships with platform, inventory, and data providers to maximize their value specific to account needs
• Keep key stakeholders including clients and account teams updated on campaign and account level performance via regular and ad-hoc reporting and status meetings
• Conduct regular and ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities to improve performance within and across campaigns
• Ongoing training and support of the career growth of direct reports
• Keep Senior Leadership informed of the overall status of the trading team to ensure any challenges are appropriately resolved and/or escalated
• Develop best practices that improve the quality or efficiency of work within an account or broader agency programmatic team
• Develop POVs, Presentations or other shareable collateral that improves the overall level of programmatic education across programmatic and digital teams
• Support the Programmatic Agency lead as needed for larger presentations, projects, or pitches
Your Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising; OR equivalent professional work experience
• 5 Years of relevant career experience, with 3 years’ experience trading programmatic campaigns at an agency, brand, DSP or Ad Network strongly preferred.
• Other Programmatic functions, Paid Search, Paid Social, Ad Operations, Digital Analytics or Digital Planning or client-side roles supporting a direct response or ecommerce brand may also be considered for high qualified candidates.
• Past management experience is required
• Familiarity with key programmatic and digital platforms
• Understanding and familiarity of key industry concepts and trends
• Advanced Excel User (Pivot Tables, Joining Data Sets, Complex Formulas, etc.)
• Experience with other database, visualization tools or coding languages is a plus

As an Associate Director within the Account Services team, you will play a pivotal role in developing operational best practices to deliver on Xaxis’ clients’ business goals, while identifying and engaging new business and growth opportunities. Your objective will be to actively sell new business to advertisers and agencies, as well as to manage existing key relationships. You will be providing expertise and guidance on complicated campaigns, providing guidance to creative teams, and managing existing business relationships in line with the execution of operational excellence standardization and best practice. You will be a thought leader and strategic thinker, helping to evangelize the Xaxis approach within GroupM, your advertiser clients and the digital media ecosystem. You will meet regularly with team leads and senior executives from our agencies and industry partners to discuss our unique audience buying approach, apply key insights to address client business challenges, and identify new opportunities for joint success. You will be approachable and authoritative, able to engage all levels of agency management with conviction and poise.
Your Impact:
• Manage a cross-functional team, leading the growth and development from entry-level associates through to manager-level staff
• Meet regularly with all levels of agency partners to identify and qualify business opportunities, evaluate Xaxis service levels, and establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics of Xaxis-run campaigns
• Identify new business opportunities with existing and new agency clients
• Execute sales tactics, implement marketing strategies and deliver effective sales presentations to consistently earn, retain and increase revenue
• Develop sales strategies to manage the sales process from prospect identification through close of sale and account renewal
• Provide strategic input and advice in developing creative solutions to meet our agencies/clients’ marketing goals
• Evaluate and develop talent of the staff on your assigned agency teams to maintain the highest level of service and expertise in our business
• Identify training needs and develop recommendations for building the skills and knowledge of our people
• Act as a mentor to our experienced and senior-level staff and help develop their leadership skills
Your Qualifications:
• 4+ years’ experience of building and leading an account management or client services function within an agency, network or ad tech company
• 6+ years’ experience in the digital marketing/advertising industry with a deep understanding of digital marketing goals and best practices
• Proven knowledge of audience profiles and online ad targeting, agency dynamics, industry technology, campaign pricing models and metrics
• Working knowledge of Business Intelligence operations and analytics’ best practice within the programmatic landscape
• Strong experience with SalesForce preferred
• Existing relationships and contacts with agencies and advertisers a plus!
• Proven experience and success in project management within BI environments
• Experience with one or more ad servers or trading platforms preferred (DART, Mediamind, Atlas, Open AdStream, Doubleclick Bid Manager, AppNexus, The Trade Desk)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
