We are now looking for a MA Security Manager who will be responsible for driving, implementing, and maintaining internal security programs within the North American Security Organization in the Executive and Event Protection, Physical Security, Security at high-risk areas, Incident Response and Investigations, and Crisis Management security domains. Your workdays will be a combination of handling security events and driving/developing your own areas of responsibility for operational excellence.

This position will be based in Plano, TX and will require travel at least 25% of the time.

What you will do
• Coordinate the internal initiatives for improving executive and event protection, being an internal liaison between Ericsson and external security vendors.
• Conduct risk assessments and define required countermeasures to mitigate the risks identified
• Coordinate due diligence and risk assessments whose objective is to identify improvements in the existing physical security controls in place.
• Advocate security controls recommendations based on the existing operations within an Ericsson property.
• Collaborate with external suppliers on the security plans to support outdoor projects implemented in high-risk areas, in partnership with the internal business operations whatever is needed.
• Ensure security controls are part of the existing vendor management process, in line with global initiatives in this area.
• Support and work with internal stakeholders to contain and respond to the case of security incidents and internal investigations, when required.
• Manage crisis events and support the Security Leadership while acting as a point of contact for security and operational activities.

Additional responsibilities
• Perform security risk assessments that can also cover Information Security and Resilience areas while visiting Ericsson offices within North America.
• Support and/or drive security due diligences and assessments for future corporate Merger & Acquisitions, based on Global Security standards.
• Provide support to the Director of Security & Resilience with the definition of security priorities as well as keep track of the tactical and operational plans.

You will bring
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in the corporate security field.
• Knowledge of Personnel Security (Executive Protection), Physical security, Risk Management, Business Continuity, Security Incident Response, Security Investigations, Crisis Management, and Information Security (ISO/IEC 27001), Privacy.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Ability to manage problems and conflicts, seeking efficient solutions during tough times.
• Change and Improvement Management Skills.
• Risk Management Skills
• Any Certification in the Security field preferred (e.g. CPP, CISM, CISSP).

• Other duties may be assigned to support warehouse operations.

Position Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Positive conflict and change management skills
• Be a self-starter, optimally work in a fast-paced and everchanging work environment
• 2+ years of experience in a shipping or Inbound role
• Excellent communication: written and verbal and proactively escalates as needed

• Soldering skills required

Your responsibilities

You will manage a team that works on the full range of high-altitude structures.Your role will involve troubleshooting, cellular radio/antenna swaps, and legacy cable upgrades.

What you will bring

You’ll need relevant experience in a Tower Technician, or similar role, troubleshooting and resolving issues. We’ll support you to learn new technical skills and build your expertise with our advanced tools and resources. You should also be willing to travel.

Our Exciting Opportunity:

Ericsson Network Field Services management team is looking for a Warehouse operations resource to achieve an efficient and safe goods flow in, within and out of a market warehouse facility including value add services operation, to fulfill timely deliveries with accurate inventory and quality. If you are detail-oriented and have the ability to fulfill orders and prepare them for production and/or shipment, this is the position for you!

You Will:

Assist with all shipping, receiving, and inventory organization operations

Help to efficiently carry out all product loading and unloading tasks

Accurately scan and track incoming and outgoing orders

Inspect receivables for defects, damages, or missing items

Unload, stock, move, and place products inappropriately designated areas

Move and transfer products between various sections of the warehouse as needed

Perform detailed manual inventory counts

Collect, prepare, package, and label goods for shipment

To be successful in the role you have:

1-3 years of applicable experience

Degree desired, but not required

Able to perform at a high level with minimal direction

Proactively analyzing issues and make sound decisions

Working and communicating with people

Experienced working in a warehouse setting

Forklift certified

Accountable, flexible, always demonstrating integrity

Detail-orientated
