Audio Artist Summer Intern

• Create a game with fast, responsive controls and fluid gameplay.
• Work closely with designers, developers, and artists to gather requirements and develop features

Responsibilities:
• Integrate 3D assets into Frostbite engine and ensure correct texture & shader representation.
• Model 3D props to populate large environments.
• Assist artists in acquiring reference material for environments and weapons.
• Assist craft leads on photo scan trips (if local) and ingestion of scan data for reference model creation.

Requirements:
• Experience with Maya, Blender or similar 3D modeling software.
• Experience with Substance painter and Photoshop software (for texturing purposes)
• Available to work full-time hours for 12 weeks remotely
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

As Head of Mobile Operations you will report to the VP Group GM of EA Sports Mobile and work with and across the studio management teams to guide the planning, organization and control of operational activities. You will also partner with the management teams of each studio and central partners to achieve success for the group as a whole. Together with the EA Sports Mobile leadership team set and monitor operational targets across the studios and promote activities that achieve the studio strategic goals. As a member of the EA Sports Mobile Leadership Team you will also help build the culture and align studio operations and communications.

Responsibilities:

Leadership
• You will provide leadership across the EA Sports Mobile portfolio of studios to champion strategic programs to improve on current and future projects.
• Develop and publish Studio Measurements that track project quality, delivery, and financial status and risks.
• Partner with Studio GMs, central teams and finance to review product resource and execution plans.
• Help integrate new studios into the portfolio aligning goals, resources and processes.
• Lead change management strategies for Studio programs whether through town halls, reviews, workshops or other inclusive methods.
• Partner with Studio leadership and People Experience to recruit, develop and retain talent.

Operations
• You will develop and oversee the execution around game development processes, including the Studio's title planning and green light processes.
• Lead process improvement forward through direct and dotted line reports. This would include transparent, predictable and value-added processes for quality product delivery and efficiencies and new ways of thinking about operations.
• Participate in monthly Studio operational/business reviews by presenting important metrics and essential risks / mitigation for projects.
• Conduct operational reviews with development teams, advise on best practices and partner to design creative solutions to challenges that arise.

Project Management
• You will create project plans and track milestone across EA Sports Mobile portfolio of studios and products.
• Manage priorities across multiple programs.
• Lead cross studio plans and coordinate process and delivery.
• Handle and coordinate resource planning between studios, ensuring efficient headcount use across the studio groups.
• Measure progress and suggest top level actions to address progress shortfalls.
• Anticipate reasonable contingencies.
• Present a knowledge of development methodologies and an understanding of when to use or adapt each one.

Financial / Infrastructure
• You will oversee EA Sports Mobile operating and capital budgets, resource budget, quality, and predictability targets.
• Provide complex project solutions across multiple disciplines that consider process, technology and resources.

Requirements:
• You have 10+ years of operations and leadership experience in the video game industry, 5+ years in F2P mobile gaming.
• Prepare/present high impact business cases/analyse/recommendations to leadership team.
• Proficient change management skills, ability to challenge and influence
• Shape and run operational activities of the studio teams and set clear targets to achieve studio goals.
• Commit to predictable delivery and risk management.
