Additionally, they will handle other ad hoc projects as needed for the accounting department and will be a lead in technical accounting areas.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:
• Represent the accounting organization’s values and processes providing high quality support to leadership teams
• Standard Accounting responsibilities including:
• Account Reconciliations preparation
• Review of staff work
• Monthly close responsibilities (accruals, variance analysis, journal entry prep)
• Ad hoc projects
• Financial statement and footnote disclosure preparation work
• Policy and process documentation
• Help direct the planning, development, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of accounting processes. Interpret and recommends modification to existing policies and practices.
• Provide financial support for new business opportunities. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Help in the assumptions and financial models in coordination with multiple functions
• Accounting representative for fleet governance
• Accounting representative for vendor reviews/scorecards
• Accounting support for RFP creation (if applicable)
• Help direct accounting and operational due diligence for all proposed DMC business cases
• Lead the accounting and reporting for the AMS direct maintenance costs

• Support the Company’s long-term financial plan.

The Data Management Clerk will assist and primarily complete the financial accounts receivable and payable processes. JOB DESCRIPTION

The Detroit Medical Center (DMC) Registered Nurse (RN) is a member of the Patient Care Services Team, and is responsible for the satisfactory completion of nursing care by the nursing team. The RN manages and provides patient care activities for a group of patients and their families through application of independent judgment, communication and collaboration with all team members including ancillary and support services. The role of the Registered Nurse at the DMC encompasses leadership, partnership, collaboration, teaching and supervision.

The DMC RN:
• Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians and other health care providers
• Delegates, assesses, provides and evaluates patient care
• Provides and delegates patient care activities to team members
• Monitors patient progress and prepares patient for discharge
• Reports directly to senior unit management and participates in shared decision-making activities

Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Graduation from a school of nursing required.
2. BSN preferred.
3. Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan required.
4. American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Our Field Staff represent ETHOS onsite and are the smiles on the “front lines” of event management.

This position is essential to the operations process in the on-site execution of services we offer and works with the Operations and Administration teams for full-service fulfillment of contracted DMC, event and consultation services.

This position has flexible scheduling and is perfect for those seeking part-time work with seasonal hours. Shifts can vary from 5 to 12 hours per day and are scheduled 6 months to 1 day in advance.

DAILY IMPACT AND DUTIES
• Respond to shift requests in a timely manner.
• Work as a part of a team and independently to achieve client goals onsite.
• Turn in time sheet and expense reports in a timely manner.
• Train other Field Staff as requested.
• Meet and greet service at nearby airports.
• Dispatch and manage vehicle inventory and timelines onsite.
• Manage a manifest and record changes.
• Real time reporting of guest departures, changes, and additions to program services.
• Manage supplier services onsite.
• Pack and unpack boxes and packages.
• Assist with décor set up and entertainment set up.
• Provide directional assistance to guests during event.
• Manage food and beverage set ups, monitor and manage flow and speed of service.
