We are looking for a Sales Account Executive based in the US to join our team of superstars.

Responsibilities
• Receive leads from our Demand Generation function and SDRs, conduct outreach to prospective prospects, qualify them, and manage to convert pipeline.
• Arranging and providing product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits the platform will bring to their company.
• Listen attentively, communicate effectively, and present confidently to find the best fit between prospect needs and TeamUp and its integrations.
• Prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain updated sales records and prospect status using HubSpot.
• Act as a mentor to SDRs and more junior Account Executives within the team.
• Closely collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Business Development, Onboarding, Support, and Product) to define strategies that drive maximum value for prospects, customers, and TeamUp.

Requirements
• You have 3+ years of experience as a Sales Account Executive working in a B2B SaaS sales environment.
• You have well-honed sales skills including negotiation, managing objections, and closing sales.
• You are experienced in selling to corporate clients and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
• Experience using Hubspot / Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Ability to listen to and engage potential customers by phone, e-mail, chat, video, to quickly understand their requirements.
• Native-level English proficiency.
• Ability to work on a team across multiple time-zones and cultures.

Strong Preference
• Experience working with health/fitness businesses.

• Ambition, confidence, fearless outgoing attitude - a self-starter with a competitive growth mindset.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable in a constantly changing fast paced environment.
• Confident using technology and speaking on the phone and zoom meetings.
• Experience working in a remote environment.
• Excel proficiency.

Salary

The salary for this role is a base of $50,000 per year with a variable pay target of $45,000.

Responsibilities:
• Provide superior customer service to DaySmart customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Field trouble-shooting questions over the phone, chat, and email regarding networking, hardware, additional software services, reporting discrepancies, etc. for a wide range of customer skill levels.
• Field general use questions about our software and additional services.
• Train customers on how to utilize our software, features, and additional services such as email marketing, text reminders, phone applications, and online booking websites.
• Assist in exporting existing customer data for our database conversion team and assist in importing the converted data into the customer’s software.
• Participate in daily departmental meetings communicating recent customer’s issues and concerns.
• Communicate possible software bugs and customer-specific database issues to senior teammates and management.
• Special projects assigned as needed (For example: mobile app testing, beta version testing, customer follow-up in response to reviews, database conversion, etc.)
• Ability to be on call on holidays and weekends.

Position:

As a Product Manager you will ensure the product creates value for its customers, users, and DaySmart. Responsibilities
• Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle which at times include, product market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements documentation, and product launch.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, UX designer, and product leadership to drive the product strategy and manage the product roadmap.
• Work with sales, customer experience, and leadership teams to assess customer needs and prioritize the roadmap.
• Serve as the Scrum Product Owner for your engineering team(s) including writing stories, managing the product backlog, attending necessary Scrum ceremonies/meetings
• Proactively track and use data that informs and directs the success of the product. Recommend and influence product-wide success metrics.

Requirements
• 5+ years of agile product management experience shipping software
• Background in SaaS and cloud-based software. Small business software or Pet industry experience a plus.
• Experience and success driving growth through a Product Led Growth (PLG) environment
• Demonstrated success in defining, planning and launching products that meet and exceed priority business objectives
• Experience with Scrum agile development
• Experience working with 3rd-party partners and successfully integrating their solution
• Strong social and communication skills, including the ability to lead via influence, patience, and determination
• Experience with Jira/Confluence and Pendo or other Product Analytics software
• Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills, including data analysis
• Able to make difficult and quick decisions on a daily basis
• Opinionated, yet humble, when collaborating with team members
• Self-aware with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve
