Responsibilities
• Be a strategic partner and become a key advisor to the Segment leadership team, focusing on growth opportunities, expense control, profitability of the business and executing against OKRs
• Lead Segment bookings, revenue and operating expense planning and forecasting
• You will have hands-on involvement in developing annual operating plans, quarterly and monthly financial forecasts, and ongoing analysis of actuals versus prior periods, plan and/or forecasts. Collaborate with Corporate FP&A and accounting to support plan, forecast, analysis and close processes

Basic Qualifications
• 8+ years in functional business and/or operations role; business to enterprise experience in technology is required
• Demonstrated ability in building relationships across the organization and drive cross-functional results
• Ability to handle large volumes of data and drive insights through testing and analysis with advanced/expert level Excel skills
• Experience building and maintaining corporate dashboards and developing data cubes for FP&A software systems such as IBM Planning Analytics or similar
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to partner and influence senior leadership stakeholders. Capable of communicating complex financial information in an easy to understand format. Able to interact comfortably and drive alignment with the executive management team
• Strong leader with demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay flexible through growth and change

Job Overview

Reporting to the Sr. Director of FP&A, the Director of FP&A, Enterprise will build and lead an FP&A organization that is a strategic thought partner to the business while also establishing effective planning, forecasting and reporting processes that scale with our growth. You will strive to establish FP&A as both an enabler and a control function in providing strategic decision support to our Business Leaders and maintaining strong processes and operating oversight. You will drive truth-seeking analysis critical to optimizing Marketing, Product and tech resource allocation and to effectively balancing Coursera’s high-growth trajectory with desired operational improvements. This is a high visibility role where you will prepare presentations and provide strategic advice and support for executive staff, including the CEO, CFO and BOD.

Responsibilities
• Be a strategic partner and become a key advisor to the Segment leadership team, focusing on growth opportunities, expense control, profitability of the business and executing against OKRs
• Lead Segment bookings, revenue and operating expense planning and forecasting
• You will have hands-on involvement in developing annual operating plans, quarterly and monthly financial forecasts, and ongoing analysis of actuals versus prior periods, plan and/or forecasts. Collaborate with Corporate FP&A and accounting to support plan, forecast, analysis and close processes
• Partner with marketing, product, and tech to improve unit economics and drive down acquisition & servicing costs
• Partner with data and analytics on dashboards and delivering results. Transition segment FP&A infrastructure to IBM Planning system
• You will prepare management reporting / dashboards for Executives - analyze results, distill/synthesize business performance indicators, assess business risk and operating performance, and timely communicate risks and opportunities to management

Basic Qualifications
• 8+ years in functional business and/or operations role; business to enterprise experience in technology is required
• Demonstrated ability in building relationships across the organization and drive cross-functional results
• Ability to handle large volumes of data and drive insights through testing and analysis with advanced/expert level Excel skills
• Experience building and maintaining corporate dashboards and developing data cubes for FP&A software systems such as IBM Planning Analytics or similar
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to partner and influence senior leadership stakeholders. Capable of communicating complex financial information in an easy to understand format. Able to interact comfortably and drive alignment with the executive management team
• Strong leader with demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay flexible through growth and change

Preferred Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or other relevant quantitative field
• Experience with international organizations
• Experience with IBM analytics, Looker, Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce.com (a plus)
• Proven experience with finance transformation, process re-engineering and improvements
• Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization and thrive in a highly collaborative, high-growth environment

Compensation

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $139,000 and $303,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.

Job Overview:

The Senior Technology Ecosystem Manager will join Coursera's rapidly expanding Global Channels and Alliances organization. This position will work closely with Product and Business Leaders to create the vision and strategy for Coursera's Technology Partner Ecosystem. The role will focus on developing strong partnerships with leading HR Tech ISVs, delivering optimal integrated user experiences and expanding Coursera's market reach. The ideal candidate should possess a strong balance of business, technical, and communication skills, allowing them to lead technical integration initiatives and effectively communicate their value to internal and external stakeholders through PR, marketing, and enablement efforts.

Responsibilities:
• Create and nurture relationships with HRTech players to expand Coursera’s integration ecosystem
• Work with Product leadership to develop an overall platform strategy to leverage technology partners
• Collaborate with Demand Gen, Sales, Solutions Architects, Customer Success & Product Marketing to refine processes on how to bring partners into sales opportunities and develop new processes when required

Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in strategic business development, technology alliances, or product management roles at HRTech and/or SaaS technology provider

• Demonstrated aptitude and an ability to understand technical product design, challenges, and risks
• Experience influencing and aligning stakeholders across a broad variety of functions

Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of the Enterprise HRTech ecosystem - e.g. Learning Management System, Human Capital Management, Applicant Tracking Systems
• Ability to build and foster strategic partnerships with HRTech players
