• Guide our TechGirlz program strategy to maximize our outreach and impact based on the funding available.
• Ensure a stable, scalable, and high-quality user experience for our partners and student participants.
• Guide our fundraising strategy and lead our fundraising team as we seek to establish meaningful partnerships with funders who will invest in supporting our mission and program objectives.
• Report out on key metrics including but not limited to: workshop attendance, student/partner return/retention rates; continued student participation in technology education; and student confidence levels.
• Be a team player working across departments within CompTIA Spark to ensure content and marketing needs for the TechGirlz program are being met.
• Manage team members focused on the TechGirlz program- including partner outreach and partner success
