About the role:

We’re looking for a Strategic Talent Partner, Merch, to join our rockstar team. As a Strategic Talent Partner of Merch you will be working with the top creators, entertainers and athletes to develop their brand through merchandise and fan shoutouts. In this position, you will be building a pipeline of highly engaged talent, creating a compelling merchandise plan and partnering with other departments such as Design, Marketing and Operations to ensure a successful launch for a client. Strong knowledge in e-commerce or retail are key areas of expertise in this role.

About role

We are looking for an SEO/SEM Specialist to drive organic and paid demand for consumer and business segments.

This role is perfect for someone who is driven, analytical, collaborative, and can execute autonomously at a high-level. Successful candidates in this role should be equally comfortable driving and executing strategies, all the while maintaining and optimizing performance.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our International team. You will be responsible for understanding the needs of Customers and Talent in all new regions and scaling our product to meet their needs.

What you’ll be doing:
• Design, build and improve APIs, services, and systems across Cameo’s engineering teams
• Help scale our backend architecture and migrate to a service-oriented future
• Ensure standards for engineering excellence, scalability, reliability, and reusability
• Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack

What you bring to the table:
• 5+ years experience building scalable, resilient backend systems
• Experience working on, and deploying, large scale systems in Javascript (NodeJS), Typescript, Go, Java or other similar languages
• Proficiency in concepts related to data modeling, data storage (SQL, NoSQL), data streaming (Kafka, Kinesis), and caching (Redis)
• Enjoy, and have experience building, efficient, typesafe and documented APIs (gRPC, Thrift, GraphQL, Swagger, JSON:API)
• Hold yourself and others to a high bar when working with production systems
• You are able to take complex product goals and efficiently deliver working software in logically consumable pieces and on schedule

About the role:

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to build experiences that resonate with our users on our website, mobile apps, and beyond (emails, landing pages, etc.). You’ll collaborate with your design partners to leverage and evolve the Cameo design language to build beautiful, innovative, inspired products that our fans and talent love to use. We think this is a dream job for an extremely talented, goal-oriented senior product designer and could not be more excited to work together.

What you’ll be doing:
• Working closely with your teammates across the Shipping Team (Product, Engineering, and Design) and the rest of the organization to create delightful experiences for customers and talent on either side of our marketplace
• Advocating for our users and championing world class UX across all of our product offerings and spaces
