About the role:

We’re looking for a Strategic Talent Partner, Merch, to join our rockstar team. As a Strategic Talent Partner of Merch you will be working with the top creators, entertainers and athletes to develop their brand through merchandise and fan shoutouts. In this position, you will be building a pipeline of highly engaged talent, creating a compelling merchandise plan and partnering with other departments such as Design, Marketing and Operations to ensure a successful launch for a client. Strong knowledge in e-commerce or retail are key areas of expertise in this role.
A few things about yourself:
• You have 3+ years of experience in ecommerce/retail or brand development for creators, athletes or iconic figures within entertainment.
• You have deep industry IQ and are invested in keeping up to date with creator revenue trends throughout the entertainment industry.
• You are able to dive into your network without fear of being told “no”. You have a positive attitude and you are always able to find creative ways of highlighting the value of what you are selling.
• You are incredibly detail oriented, making sure internal and external partners are aware of what is expected or needed by them every step of the way.
• You work collaboratively with wider teams, ensuring there is always internal coordination across all departments to support the launch ‘plan’ for each client is executed in the best way.

Things we hope you’ll bring to the table:
• Creating compelling merch proposals and pitch decks for new and existing clients.
• Manage contracts and deal spend to ensure Talent are getting the most value out of their merch partnerships with Cameo.
• Develop Creative strategy to maximize a client's launch and build out a robust merch collection, including managing client feedback on design and sourcing.
• Working with marketing to develop a robust promotional and marketing plan for each drop / collection, understanding the audience demographics and content in order to develop products fans will love and resonate with.
• Work with the broader Cameo team to create campaigns to elevate fan engagement for Talent that you work with, including bringing Talent onto Cameo for fan videos.
• Leading post campaign wrap ups for both Talent and the internal team, making sure that analytics and payouts are transparent and valuable to clients. This includes bi-directional feedback to ensure future drops with Talent are smooth and successful.
• Collaborate with leadership and the wider merch team to support quarterly and yearly planning, bringing creative ideas and industry knowledge to the table to support Cameo as the best platform for fan engagement and Talent revenue opportunities.

About role

We are looking for an SEO/SEM Specialist to drive organic and paid demand for consumer and business segments.

This role is perfect for someone who is driven, analytical, collaborative, and can execute autonomously at a high-level. Successful candidates in this role should be equally comfortable driving and executing strategies, all the while maintaining and optimizing performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• SEO: Develop strategic SEO roadmap, create seo-friendly landing pages and content, conduct keyword and content research, experiment with AI, update metadata, and own bi-weekly performance reporting
• SEM/Paid Ads: Develop, implement, and continually optimize/iterate paid media campaigns on Google Ads, as well as identifying new channels to trial for lead generation.
• Collaboration: Triage technical martech issues for SEO, SEM, and other paid ad campaigns with XFN partners
• Experimentation: Implement a process to ideate, prioritize, and execute ongoing growth experiments to both discover new tactics & optimize existing programs.

What You Bring To The Table:
• 4+ years of marketing experience relevant to growth, SEO/SEM, paid media, and demand generation
• SEO capabilities including knowledge of SEO algorithms and ranking methods, keywords, and implementation of ongoing optimization strategies.
• Track record of developing programs for marketplace businesses that meet or exceed key metrics and ROI.
• Experience developing, implementing and maintaining/optimizing paid marketing plans, particularly on search (SEO/SEM) and social (FB/IG, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn ads)
• Experience running testing campaigns and experimentation programs.
• Proficient organizational and planning skills, adept at building a strong campaign structures and scalable process to organize experiment ideas, execution, and results.

About The Role

As a Senior Ops Analyst, you will immediately immerse in and become a subject matter expert in the nuances of the Cameo ecosystem as part of our Revenue Operations Team. By demonstrating deep analytical skill, you will develop simple and meaningful insights that improve the efficiency of our revenue-driving teams.
