Bloomberg Media is seeking an experienced, creative-minded Client Marketer to develop innovative multimedia ideas and presentations for current and prospective clients. The right candidate will be someone who isn't afraid to work relentlessly to find new, creative ways to help our clients and to unite various internal teams to achieve these goals.

WE'LL TRUST YOU TO:
• Partner with Sales to develop breakthrough ideas and proposals that exceed client expectations
• Bring Bloomberg Media to life through compelling narratives and visual presentations
• Apply a strategic lens, focused creative thinking and storytelling skills to all deliverables
• Show a clear connection between a client's challenge and our proposed solutions
• Work on multiple deliverables at any given time, including a high-volume of incoming RFPs as well as proactive proposals and meeting presentations across practice areas: Finance, Luxury & Lifestyle, Technology, Telco, B2B, Automotive, Government and Corporate Reputation, and Enterprise/New Business
• Lead pitches in presale, bringing together and working with cross-functional internal teams, including Editorial, Planning & Campaign Management, Creative, Client Services, Data Science & Insight, Events and more
• Proactively apply data we have access to, such as the client's historical engagements, industry outlooks through Bloomberg Intelligence, primary research studies and target audience insights
• Leverage solid understanding of the media landscape, including expertise in new and emerging media platforms as well as off-platform opportunities, to elevate the ideas we present to clients

YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:
• 5+ years of media publisher, marketing or agency experience
• Expertise across media platforms
• Strong presentation skills and an eye for great design; proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides a must; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Experience presenting to senior-level internal/external clients
• Experience with primary and secondary research and using proprietary data tools to validate client pitches
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once, with outstanding attention to detail
• Self-starter who is comfortable with a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

Our Team

As a part of the Bloomberg Media communications team, you will serve as advisor and counselor to Bloomberg Media executives helping to unite all elements of the brand with coordinated amplification. Your team will also weigh in on enterprise-wide communications strategies helping to ensure that all messaging for Bloomberg Media is aligned with Bloomberg L.P.'s broader corporate narratives.

What's the Role?

You're an experienced communications professional with strong external relationships and a love of news, culture and international affairs who can develop and execute strategic PR plans and stories about Bloomberg Media's brand and business invention. You'll focus most specifically on several year-round event and solutions platforms that help us reach beyond core media industry coverage into mainstream news, business, technology and ESG. This includes leading work on Bloomberg New Economy's flagship annual Forum, its new Catalyst program for groundbreaking entrepreneurs/scientist/innovators and the new Gateway platform debuting in Latin America. You will also play a key role in driving awareness for the Bloomberg Live events brand/business including its Equality Summit, Green (climate) Summit & Green Documentary Festival and other key moments that connect the company to modern global leadership. On any given day you may be responsible for communications with influential press, key partners, VIPs and social media voices to help Bloomberg Media reach new spheres of awareness. You'll work closely and collaboratively with the business and news teams.

We'll trust you to:
• Provide proven experience developing and implementing ambitious, forward-leaning communications strategies
• Operate in a fast-paced, real-time, 24/7 global media environment
• Forge cross-functional relationships
• Display exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills

You'll need to have:
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 10+ years relevant P.R. experience
• The ability to develop a holistic plan through pitching as original content and experience creation in addition to
• Existing relationships with a range of influential media and other industry voices and the desire to continue developing them
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to perform in a fast paced global environment and meet urgent deadlines

Bloomberg Media is looking for a Product Manager to oversee a growing suite of data products to support its subscriptions and advertising business. This role will work on the strategy, design and delivery of new products, in close collaboration with data sciences and engineering. The role reports to the Global Head of Data + Audience. You'll be able to seamlessly collaborate with teams in Engineering, Sales, Subscriptions, and Marketing to deliver best in class online experiences. You'll have a solid understanding of ad-supported consumer media products and digital subscription businesses. You'll be well-versed in user targeting, personalization, 1st and 3rd party data strategies, and privacy compliance.

WE'LL TRUST YOU TO:
• Translate business requirements into creative, effective data solutions for the subscriptions and advertising business:
• Focus on models supporting content personalization, subscription and advertising propensity and revenue optimization
• Understand and appreciate advanced machine learning and other data modeling techniques, and how they apply to business goals
• Experience working with data science and/or data engineering teams, and understands machine learning and data pipeline project lifecycles
• Contribute to our overall data infrastructure vision across businesses, from data collection to usage to ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
• Build instrumentation, monitoring and evaluation capabilities to better our products and measure the impact of our work.
• Be curious about technical systems and methods and be able to work closely with engineers to articulate when, why, and how certain technical models should be applied to enhance the product personalization strategy
• Juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Mathematics or similar disciplines
• Demonstrable experience working with personalization, targeting and data modeling
• A strong bias toward action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development
• Excellent influencing skills and a proven collaborator; ability to work successfully with both direct and indirect teams across the organization
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and feature concepts
