What You'll Do

What You'll Do

Global Due Diligence and Financial Crime Program:

Subject Matter Expert:

Act as a contact and reference point for Compliance Operations Team e.g. handling escalated queries, exceptions and provide regular, constructive feedback to the team to aid their development
Provide training and support to the Compliance Operations Team on processes and systems to maximise productivity, enabling business SLAs for client on-boarding to continuously be met
Maintain high levels of performance at all times including situations with challenging time frames and complex situations and scenarios

Project Support:

Complete ad-hoc project assistance as assigned by the Compliance Operations Supervisor to support the compliance and business strategy

Requirements

Essential:

A demonstrable understanding of legal/regulatory compliance surrounding the compliance operations function of at least 5 years
Corporate onboarding and corporate refresh experience
Ability to identify, mitigate and communicate risks and to address compliance issues where they arise and where necessary, reduce the impact to the overall client experience
