• Assisting with campaign marketing project management by:
• Working with cross-functional team members via a task management platform (Jira) to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Mocking up content in a cross-channel marketing platform (Iterable) for review by stakeholders, Document Quality Assurance, Design, etc.
• Scheduling and reviewing marketing campaigns
• Executing segmentation requests and developing understanding of our customer information architecture
• Enforcing marketing communications policies in real time and reporting issues up the chain of command
• Advising on email marketing best practices whenever possible
• Maintaining and improving deliverability by:
• Reporting negative post-send metrics
• Monitoring blacklist reports, SNDS, SPAM traps, etc.
• Optimizing campaigns by:
• Implementing initiatives to run A/B and multivariate testing
• Helping develop and execute innovative strategies for customer lifecycles
• Spearheading seedlist testing strategies
• Testing inbox foldering across main ESPs
• Continually forming and adjusting data policy and procedure
• Partnering with stakeholders to improve data hygiene
