• Troubleshoots as needed to identify and correct problems that may cause downtime and/or waste
• Provides training to new or transferring Packaging Operators
• Enters accurate data into computer
• Performs daily and weekending clean up duties
• Demonstrates workplace behavior consistent with company policies and values
• Uses good communication skills to accomplish work tasks
• Maintains good attendance as defined by company and/or department policy
• Practices good personal hygiene and maintains a clean work area
