The Job
Entertainment Merchandise NY seeks a Lead, Visual Merchandise for the Flagship Retail NY department. This position will support the Manager, Visual Merchandise in presentation of the New York Flagship Wizarding World store by maximizing customer and fan engagement in an awe inspiring, best in class retail environment. One of the main responsibilities for this role is to support the Manager, Visual Merchandise on managing the 365 visual and marketing calendar of event, in conjunction and collaboration with all flagship leadership hierarchy and flagship teams- inclusive of design assisting, producing and installing and monitoring all store POS, merchandising, and window campaigns.
The Daily
• Manage and motivate VM (visual merchandise) team to achieve highest possible levels of VM and sales performance.
• Support of VM teams performance and development.
• Support the monitoring of stock levels held in stores and retail areas, identify potential out-of-stock issues and communicate back to the Manager, Visual Merchandising.
• Compliance on security issue examples for the retail team and ensure minimal shrinkage through the efficient handling of product and packaging.
• Maximize all visual opportunities.
• Ensure all scheme, graphics and equipment are being used and maintained correctly and in accordance with guidelines and agreed standards to promote sales.
• Support the retail team in NYC (as part of a seven-day week rota including weekends and evenings).
The Essentials
• Educated to a degree level (or equivalent qualification with extensive vocational experience).
• Visual Merchandising experience in a similar environment.
• High level of Creative and Inspirational thinking.
• Ability to collaborate with all teams.

Your Role Accountabilities...
Customer Service
• Consistently demonstrates a positive and seamless guest experience.
• Assist customers with personalization purchases, ensuring steps of intake process are accurately completed.

Store Operations
• Register and cash handling duties include ensuring that all transactions are complete and accurate.

• Minimum 6 months experience working at a premium retail flagship store

• Excellent communication skills (i.e. verbal, non-verbal, visual) with the ability to communicate effectively in public to both small and large groups.

• Works closely to all on hand inventory and store replenishment strategies
• Processes product shipments and transfers and is able to prioritize tasks

• Ability to follow key processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Is able to work with urgency to meet productivity goals

Financial Management
• Is responsible for achieving assigned BOH goals daily.
• Focuses on UPT and APT through in the moment effective replenishment.
• Supports accurate record keeping through effective cycle count procedures and product counts
Customer Service
• Promotes a positive and seamless guest experience.
• Partners with ASM to handle and resolve all guest-related issues, ensures service standards, levels, and maximizes the customer experience.
• Supports store replenishment to ensure all items are available on the sales floor.
• Is able to multitask operational duties with providing a premium guest service experience when on the sales floor.
Qualifications & Experience…
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in premium retail BOH.
• Ability to problem solve and respond to department priorities and direction
• Established time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a positive attitude
• Experience of shipment processing and operational systems

Your Role Accountabilities…
Store Operations
• Ensures departmental BOH upholds to all brand standards
• Supports the BOH lead and ASM on daily opening and closing procedures
• Adheres to safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Acts as a departmental expert for BOH area including location of and incoming volumes of product.
• Works closely to all on hand inventory and store replenishment strategies
• Processes product shipments and transfers and is able to prioritize tasks
• Escalates opportunities for adjusting on hands and sell through rates
• Supports shipping of customer items through logistics systems and has strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow key processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Is able to work with urgency to meet productivity goals
• Supports the wider team handling shipments of supplies, visual fixtures and props and vendor items.
Financial Management
• Is responsible for achieving assigned BOH goals daily.
• Focuses on UPT and APT through in the moment effective replenishment.
• Supports accurate record keeping through effective cycle count procedures and product counts
Customer Service
• Promotes a positive and seamless guest experience.
• Partners with ASM to handle and resolve all guest-related issues, ensures service standards, levels, and maximizes the customer experience.
• Supports store replenishment to ensure all items are available on the sales floor.
• Is able to multitask operational duties with providing a premium guest service experience when on the sales floor.
Qualifications & Experience…
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in premium retail BOH.

While our main location is in Chester Springs the Camp Coordinator (DHM) goes to various locations for both set up and facilitation of camp.
Job Responsibilities
Pre-Season: Planning and preparation - Wands at the Ready! - The Coordinator/Facilitator is introduced to our camp activities in the pre-season and will work as a team with the director and office manager to prepare for the camp season. While much of the curriculum is written beforehand there will be times when it will need to be adapted from one location to another.
• Training professors and lead students (dates listed in the hours section)

The Daily
Customer Service
• Consistently demonstrates a positive and seamless guest experience.
• Assist customers with merchandise purchases by locating items customers may wish to purchase, suggesting items of interest, and retrieving merchandise from inventory when needed.
• Responsible for cascading customer feedback to correct channels of communication.
Store Operations
• Register and cash handling duties include ensuring that all transactions are complete and accurate.
• Follows, teaches, and exhibits all safety and compliance protocols
• Performs all other duties as instructed
Financial Analytics
• Follows the steps of sales in each customer engagement
• Responsible in attaining delegated daily, monthly, or quarterly sales goals.
Brand Representation
• Maintain store appearance to ensure that it is neat, orderly, and well stocked to meet the Company's visual merchandising standards.
• Teaches and lives stores culture with each associate
• Collaborates with the team to follow company values
• Follows and impacts store set priorities and brand standards
The Essentials
• Minimum 6 months experience working at a retail store
• Minimum 6 months experience with cash handling and customer service
• Knowledge of Harry Potter series and background
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills (i.e. verbal, non-verbal, visual) with the ability to communicate effectively in public to both small and large groups.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail with focus on basic numerical skills
• Highly motivated self-starter with good initiative
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the operating needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts

The Job
Warner Bros. is continuing to expand and evolve the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts with the opening of Flagship Wizarding World stores, in key cities globally. These stores will bring to life the magic of Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts for all Fans and Super Fans of the franchise. Flagship Retail will deliver incredible product, service and environments in spaces that truly celebrate the Wizarding World.
This temporary seasonal position will support the leadership hierarchy of the New York Flagship Wizarding World store by maximizing customer and fan engagement in an awe inspiring, best in class retail environment. One of the main responsibilities for this role will be to actively engage customers through an immense experiential environment while maintaining our brand standards. More than two decades ago, a young Harry Potter was whisked onto Platform 9 3â4 at King's Cross Station, and readers everywhere were swept along with him into a magical universe, created by J.K. Rowling. In the years since, the seven Harry Potter bestsellers have inspired eight blockbuster movies, an award-winning stage play, and, more recently, the start of the Fantastic Beasts five-film series. Wizarding World Digital was formed as a JV between Warner Bros. and Pottermore, with a mission to provide a unified, expansive, innovative, franchise-wide digital experience for fans and to represent and support the whole franchise and its projects.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Data Analyst who will be responsible for implementing the digital tagging and analytics measurement strategy and supporting data collection on all platform implementations (currently Google Analytics 360 Suite and Salesforce, but the ideal candidate should be tool agnostic) and assuring the validity of the data on a continuing basis.
This role will function as the liaison with WarnerMedia's central Data Services organization and collaborate to deliver on WWD's overall needs as an organization.
The Data Analyst should be skilled in working with SQL, the Google Analytics 360 suite, and Business Intelligence tools, like Tableau.
The position is located at our offices in Los Angeles, but we are open to remote location for the right candidate.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible using data to support and enable the Wizarding World digital strategy and in response to the needs of Business Stakeholders.
• Analyze and solve problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context.
• Centralize and standardize digital tracking, analytics, and associated data quality by working with developers and product experience team to determine appropriate metrics and behavior to track on new and existing properties.
• Administer analytics accounts, properties, user management, dashboards, and reports.
• Diagnose issues with existing platform configurations and tags, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze audience reach, engagement, and behavior metrics to help identify opportunities for growth.
• Support stakeholders to create custom reports for their business needs.
• Act as primary liaison with WarnerMedia data organization and help assess and onboard data tracking vendors.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Math, Finance, Statistics, Engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years of Web/App Analytics experience working with development teams, marketing teams, executives, and product managers.
• Thorough familiarity with Google Analytics 360 suite.
• Experience using R/Python in data-focused full stack environments (from data wrangling, to analysis, to visualizations.)
• Experience working in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration, but also able to work independently.
• A critical thinker with aptitude to isolate and fix technical issues related to the flow of data.
• Passionate about the accuracy of data and its value to inform business decisions.
DESIRED/ADDITIONAL SKILLS
• Experience in media a plus.
• Experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, and project management tools such as Jira.
