- Love of restoring vintage audio gear
- Dream in schematics
- Knowledge of test equipment (Oscilloscope, Distortion Analyzer)
- Experience repairing both Tube and Solid State gear
- OCD (and no, not the turning doorknobs 15 times and not stepping on sidewalk cracks kind)
- Organized, careful, thorough
- You like people
• *Turntable restoration experience is a huge plus.
