JOB PURPOSE:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Drive the strategic evolution and execution of our Total Rewards program (global compensation, benefits, and wellness) in line with TKWW’s strategy, culture, and values to include: philosophy, job evaluation and salary surveys, salary and incentive structures, pay budgets, and benefits analysis
• Responsible for leading a talented team dedicated to compensation, benefits and wellness programs.
• Oversee the creation of policies and procedures to ensure global compliance and the achievement of equitable and competitive employee total rewards
• Develop our global benefits strategy, and complete gap analysis to determine additional customary and competitive benefits aligned to company priorities, values and employee support

• 10+ years of HR-related experience

The Learning and Development Coordinator is critical to the success of the Department. They ensure that all Learning programs are properly marketed, communicated, and documented.
