• Review and organize digital assets for webnovels and webcomics, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Upload and maintain a well organized archive of all files, following specific format guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Typesetter Team Lead to upload and schedule webnovel chapters and webcomic episodes for timely release using Tapas’ custom CMS tool.
• Communicate effectively through designated channels, providing updates on progress and addressing any issues that arise.
• Troubleshoot publishing issues and work collaboratively with the internal team to implement solutions.
Qualifications:
• High level proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets.
• Bilingual in Korean and English
• Access to a work station with the following specifications is required and not provided: Minimum Internet speeds for upload and download of 10 Mbps, Minimum storage space of 100Gb, Minimum Ram 8Gb, Minimum 2Gb of Gpu memory.
• Proficiency in Photoshop preferred (candidates must have access to Photoshop, it will not be provided by the company).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication skills, maintaining friendly and timely correspondence with diverse individuals across different time zones and project schedules.
• Familiarity with Slack, Google Drive, and digital storage platforms like Dropbox is a plus.
• Effective time management skills, adhering to strict deadlines.
• A passion for storytelling and a deep respect for the work of our storytellers, which we are proud to share.
• Candidates with 30 hours/week availability are preferred.
