The base salary range represents a good faith salary range for this position. This position is eligible for annual incentive pay and has the opportunity for continued salary growth. Primary Role

• Manage and Support the transition of new contracts. Substitute for and support Utility Manager during 90-day transitions which include supporting recruitment, procurement, and setting up regulatory, health and safety, operations inventories, etc.
• Support Business Development. Attend water and wastewater facility evaluations and provide operations and maintenance advice to support cost and technical proposals. Assist in the development of pricing for new projects under existing contract.
Knowledge/Skills
• Documented project management skills.
• Strong IT skills - proficient in MS Office especially Excel, Word, and familiarity with MS Project and Power Point.
• Strong communication skills both written & oral.
