As a Gameplay Engineer, your domain will span as much of the codebase as your skills and interests dictate, as you design and implement extensions to existing systems and pivotal new game systems to meet the needs of our talented in-house team of content developers.
• Design, author, maintain and refactor game systems that meet all design, technical and schedule requirements
• Work closely with QA and your technical leadership to ensure the stability and accuracy of game systems by identifying, communicating and resolving defects
• Author, review and provide feedback on technical and end-user documentation of game systems
• Collaborate with technical leadership and other engineers to help establish overall technical design and architecture
• Work closely with the production staff in building and maintaining realistic schedules and identifying dependencies
• Coordinate with QA and leads to ensure successful roll out of new features to the team and establish testing and maintenance of systems

The Essentials
• 3+ years professional C/C++ programming.

About the Role:

The Content Operations Specialist will be responsible for assigning program availability terms across digital platforms including, but not limited to, Direct to Consumer service discovery , MVPD Video on Demand (VOD)/TV Everywhere

• Serve as key programming expert for assigned Networks
• Clear program, elemental and content sensitivity rights for cross-platform distribution use

Requirements:
• 3 years of experience executing content distribution/publishing for a streaming service, network or app
• BA/BS required or equivalent combination of skills

Your New Role...

We are hiring a Senior Vice President of Product Design to lead the design of our streaming products, including HBO Max, discovery+, our television everywhere products, and our new enhanced streaming product. This SVP will lead the product design of all customer experiences globally, including the customer user experience, customer journeys, visual design, product creative and copy, design prototyping, and underlying design systems. They will lead design across all digital platforms, including websites and app platforms such as Apple, Android, Amazon, Roku, Samsung, LG, and others. As a Software Engineer at WB Games NY, you will be working primarily on our online game services platform called “Hydra Studio”, in addition to some other internal technologies. The Job

The Manager, DEI Strategy & Inclusion, will be responsible for developing strategies that operationalize strategic DEI efforts across Warner Bros. Discovery businesses and workforce, supporting regional teams & leaders to advance strategies with a strong focus on leadership development, DEI data reporting and creative counsel related reporting, along with legislative reporting, data analysis and KPI tracking.

Reporting to the Snr Manager, DEI Strategy&Inclusion, this role will manage and support with implementation and align with holistic Enterprise DEI strategy. This role contributes to creating counsel structure, implementation & reporting mechanism and partners closely with all areas of the business, specifically with regional and local DEI teams, sports, technology, corporate groups, P&C leads, L&D, Legal, Diversity Recruiting and Insights and Analytics teams worldwide.

The Manager, Strategy&Inclusion will work with regional leads to create P&C led councils that drive, scale and localize DEI People & Culture strategy. The incumbent works with corporate functions that build leadership and individual competencies around DEI by strategically implementing efforts to eliminate biases in decision making and support for underrepresented groups through allyship awareness. The incumbent also ensures the design and development of learning journeys, inclusive leadership development, BRG development and arranging BRG Summits and is getting involved in the Organisation and Talent Review processes (OTR).

The Daily
• Develop, manage and implement DEI related learning journeys, from Inclusive Leadership to individual development and engagement efforts
• Research, drive and manage content development and preparation for high-level presentations to senior leaders (counsel or reporting related)
• Creating visual aids and stakeholder-friendly DEI toolkits
• Contribute to centralized resources for all of Warner Bros. Discovery to elevate leaders to better perform their role in the DEI space and generate tools that support leader to take ownership as allies, sponsors and effectively measure their personal and enterprise impact
• Develop and formalize counsel related guidelines and reporting mechanisms to be implemented globally and regionally
• Co-develop and implement strategies for engagement, and promotion of diverse talent on all levels
• Leverage Executive Sponsors as conduit to executive leadership within the company; maximize impact of executive leadership involvement.
• Partner with wider DEI team, other COEs and P&C Deliver DEI Roadshow Presentation to business leaders and other stakeholder groups to increase engagement across all levels of hierarchies within the business
• Develop and set up BRG Summits and partner with talent management on the annual OTR providing DEI thought leadership and perspective

The Essentials
• 4 years of progressive work experience in matrixed multinational organisation, developing enterprise DEI strategies, partnering with regional teams with localising and scaling strategies.
• Proven track record of success developing and embedding DEI workforce strategies to achieve DEI goals within matrixed multi-national media or streaming company preferred.
• 2 years of experience in L&D having developed leadership journeys and DEI training paths
• Experience designing and leading leadership and employee facing programs and trainings from concept to launch, engaging employees and leadership, and promoting a culture of inclusivity and support
• Collaborative leader, experienced in galvanising teams to achieve DEI strategic efforts, working with regional teams to localise and scale efforts
• Affinity towards data and understanding of cultural norms around data tracking globally
• Proven record of understanding DEI legislation and related mandatory reporting obligations
• Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to work independently on highly complex projects with minimal supervision
• Strategic leader demonstrated by an ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects to achieve milestones and objectives successfully lead in a highly matrixed environment
• Engage executive sponsors in supporting DEI related flagship events and programmes.
• Proven track record of success developing and embedding DEI strategy into Corporate Functions and leading strategic efforts to achieve DEI goals.
• Experience successfully navigating a multi-national landscape that is complex, nuanced and multi-faceted in terms of legislative and regulatory environments, and cultural and societal norms, to deliver appropriate DEI activities
• Data and insight driven DEI professional that can understand the root causes of DEI issues and appropriately translate into commitments and targets.

Qualifications

& Experience…

• Approximately 10+ years' experience in media planning across all key channels including digital, television, outdoor and radio, with specific experience / expertise in International

• Strong digital media background is preferred

• Entertainment experience required; motion picture experience preferred

• Experience developing and managing advertising budgets required

• Experience managing an agency team strongly preferred

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills required

• Strong oral and written communication skills required

• Strong negotiation skills required

• Experience managing and supervising teams with the ability to manage a high performing team

• Strong knowledge of international media landscape
