ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS...

• Build and foster relationships with dedicated account portfolio, provide excellent customer service, and connect partners with appropriate marketing tools through the Partner Extranet
• Pull monthly accounts receivable reports and collect past due account balances through personal calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Identify and sell additional marketing opportunities to partner businesses when applicable.
• Lead training sessions for new and existing partners on use of Partner Extranet. Monthly or as required.
• Schedule and coordinate partner meetings and all team partner presentations.
• Create and distribute monthly New Partner Reports to Visit Seattle Team
• Manage deliverables associated with Visit Seattle’s strategic partnerships:
• Oversees editing process of all partner listings for Visit Seattle Publications in collaboration with Partner Services Coordinator and Marketing department.
• Provide logistical support for annual Visit Seattle events.
• Provide customized partnership reports, as required.
• Perform other related duties and assignments, as required.

INTERIM RESPONSIBILITIES (while without a coordinator):
• Maintain current CRM partnership database: contact updates, Extranet security settings, tags, amenities, web images, and listing descriptions.
• Manage and respond to Partnership inbox inquiries.
• Prepare all partner listings for Visit Seattle publications and manage editing process in collaboration with Partner Services Team and Marketing.
• Process new partner applications and assist Partner Services Managers with onboarding of new partner businesses.
• Coordinate weekly email blasts and mailings to partnership base via MailChimp.
• Manage Mailchimp partner distribution lists
• Oversee month-end activities summary detailing partner terminations, and credit memos in conjunction with Accounting department.
• Assist Accounting department with monthly invoice and statement mailings.
• Execute and manage partner trade agreements.
• Pull CRM reports for Visit Seattle Team as requested
