The Integrated Systems of Care Division (ISCD) oversees programs and Medicaid waivers that are focused on meeting the needs of infants, children, youth, adults, and older adults with chronic illnesses or numerous health conditions. Approximately one million Californians are covered under these programs. Additionally, ISCD oversees numerous specialty services for distinct populations, including California Children’s Services, Genetically Handicapped Persons Program, and Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly.
