• *About the Role**

The **Trip Planner Assistant role will require a** detail-oriented and well-organized individual who excels at handling a variety of responsibilities such as booking hotels, car rentals, booking flights for clients and other high organisation and good time-keeping tasks.
• *Responsibilities**
- Send booking requests to hotels
- Send VC info to hotels and make sure the reservations are confirmed
- Work on our internal business platforms
- Request bank transfer invoice to hotels
- Book hotels through web platforms
- Send rooming lists to hotels
- Contact hotels for special requests
- Sending new... VCs to hotels for existing reservations
- Help with researching when client is requesting an excursion/service/destination that we don't have in our offer
- Help with group offers - contacting hotels for quotes for ballpark proposal, restaurant research etc.
• *Preferred requirements and skills**
- High-level spoken and written English
- Excellent organization & administrative skills
- Flexible availability
- Reliable internet connection
- Previous organizing, trip planning, or booking experience
- Travel/Leisure & Hospitality industry experience
- Solid knowledge of destinations in Europe

Las principales funciones serán:
• Lograr y realizar un seguimiento de los objetivos de ventas definidos y registrados en el sistema interno;
• Identificar las necesidades, oportunidades, debilidades, fortalezas del negocio de campo y proponer iniciativas para mejorar el negocio y optimizar las ventas;
• Mantener contacto constante y directo con el cliente;
• Asegurar soporte técnico y profesional;
• Promocionar toda la línea de productos, asesorando, presentando, analizando costos y beneficios, creando modelos financieros y apertura de nuevas cuentas;
• Realizar un plan educativo, realizar/promover aspectos operativos y técnicos, demostraciones para promocionar los productos (para todas las personas involucradas en el uso del producto) posicionar correctamente el nombre de nuestra empresa en el mercado
• Supervise las ventas y los pagos con el sector financiero, la cartera de clientes y tome medidas en conjunto cuando sea necesario
• Elaboración mensual del pronóstico de ventas por cliente y línea de negocio (CL e IH) seguimiento y actualización del estado de ventas
• Realice un seguimiento del nivel de satisfacción del servicio, brinde soporte, realice un seguimiento del estado y establezca una comunicación informada con los clientes para identificar oportunidades comerciales y mejoras.
• Vigilar la competencia en el territorio;
• Establecer relaciones clave con departamentos relacionados y con todas las personas influyentes (stakeholders) en el proceso de toma de decisiones (compras, financieras, técnicas, etc.) instituciones para reconocer los enfoques de venta y crear la mejor estrategia.
• Realice un seguimiento del rendimiento, los equipos y los productos para aprovechar las oportunidades de mejora de procesos y expansión del menú
• Supervisar el consumo de todos los clientes para una mejor gestión del inventario
• Manténgase actualizado sobre la información del producto, lanzamientos y estudiar constantemente material de formación, leer informes de sensibilización, asistir a congresos, etc.
• Manténgase al día con las oportunidades de Pipeline en Sales Force

Requerimientos:
• Licencia de conducir
• Bacharelado concluído
• Vivir en las regiones Sur (Concepción) de Chile.
• Experiência en ventas de dispotivos médicos
• Ser una persona flexible, adaptable y motivadora
• 50% del tiempo disponible para viajes
• Ingles intermedio se considerará un plus
