The Payroll Analyst processes... Verisign's payrolls and compiles and audits payroll data to maintain accurate payroll records.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintains payroll records for Verisign employees in the Verisign payroll system; updates and validates all changes in pay rates, benefits/ deductions, banking information and tax withholding information.
• Ensures that the current payroll information is submitted to Verisign's outsourced payroll vendor accurately and in a timely manner.
• Runs and distributes pay cycle reports to cross-functional business partners
• Responds to employee payroll inquiries.
• May assist with reconciling payroll deposits, tax withholdings, wage garnishments and voluntary deductions.
Education and Experience
