The Role

Account Partners at Veeva are accountable globally for overall customer relationships, exceptional customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. In this role, the Account Partner will own the relationship with large, global, strategic MedTech accounts focusing on Clinical Quality & Regulatory.

This is a highly visible role at Veeva that requires deep industry expertise and domain knowledge. Your job will be to partner closely with the customer to develop long-term growth plans that drive adoption and extend the reach of the Veeva Vault platform.

What You'll Do
• Serve as the single point of accountability for the Veeva team while leveraging Veeva resources to serve the account globally
• Ensure that every resource serving an account has clarity on the long-term account
• Plan and implement regular communications globally
• Cultivate Veeva relationships that provide direct access to key decision makers across device development and IT
Requirements
• 8+ years combined experience across sales, account management, and consulting services
• 3+ years of experience focused on account management serving global Medical Device & Diagnostics customers
• Expertise in MedTech Clinical Quality or Regulatory technologies and processes
• Proven track record of cultivating C-suite relationships across multiple business functions
• Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to close large, multimillion-dollar contracts
• Ability to articulate complex value propositions to C-level customers
• Ability to travel as needed to spend time onsite with the Customer – travel will vary depending on the candidate's location

The Veeva Team is looking for an Account Partner to drive sales within the Commercial divisions of the Medical Devices & Diagnostics Industry. As an Account Partner, you will be responsible for aligning customer objectives with Veeva’s Commercial program sponsors. The successful candidate will do so by communicating across various business functions, organizational levels (including C-level), and technology departments. What You'll Do

The Role

The Clinical Solution Consulting team at Veeva is a dynamic pre-sales group that sits at the intersection of Sales, Strategy, Marketing, and Product Management. • Experience with recruiting and hiring pre-sales consultants
• Excellent communication and organization skills

• Ability to travel (~20%) for internal & customer meetings, industry conferences, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Base Pay: $185,000.00 - $300,000.00

The salary range listed represents the potential base salary range for this position. The actual salary will vary for each candidate based on experience, market, and expected contributions.
