We are seeking Suite Administration - Premium Seating Supervisor who play an essential role in the US Open guest experience. In this role, you will be responsible for placing and situating all suite furniture and appliances within all US Open Premium Seating.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise suite administration staff to ensure compliance with the USTA policies and procedures
• Place and situate all furniture and appliances for all suites
• Provide customer service interfacing with various entities and guests
• Lifting heavy furniture
• Provide administrative support to the Sr. Manager of Premium Seating
• Coordinating Furniture and Décor Deliveries, represent the Premium Seating Department at meetings with Vendors at the National Tennis Center
• Responsible for creating and maintaining files, monitoring FF&E orders, typing, faxing, filing, and other duties as assigned by the Sr. Manager of Premium Seating
• Assist in Providing all trades and vendors with information necessary to complete tasks at hand
• Receive/enter work order tickets timely and accurately
• Communicating with Suite Holders throughout the US Open Planning Process
• Responsible for periodic walk-thru of the Suites to ensure its cleanliness and Maintenance
• Communicate any breakdowns in real time with the Sr. Manager of Premium Seating
Qualifications:
• Previous guest or customer service related experience
• Punctual and presentable shift attendance, neatly groomed in a clean, well-maintained uniform
• Available to work for the full duration of the US Open tournament
• Must be able to work 12+ hour shifts and be available days, nights and weekends
• Rate of Pay: $19 an hour
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions and able to stand for extended periods
• Personable and proactive team player with excellent communication skills
• Remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment as well as during stressful situations
• Must be able to multitask and to lift 60lbs+

• Provide customer service and enhance the USTA's image by following customer service policies and procedures
• Respond to ticket orders, general customer inquiries, invoice questions, and customer complaints by phone, email and chat
• Respond to inquiries by researching and resolving problems related to transactions handled by the Ticket Office
• Provide all guests with ticket package information, offers, and upgrades
• Handle customer inquiries and criticism by telephone and in person
• Assist Ticket Staff with various projects including tracking and reporting of ticket sales and/or availability
• Perform general clerical duties, data entry, filing, faxing, and other duties as assigned
• Must have the ability to learn quickly and work efficiently and computer proficient to access/update customer records
• Knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics (or similar ticketing system), Google Suite and Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must maintain a positive, outgoing demeanor, adhering to the core expectations of our team at all times and possess ability to work as part of a team and get along with coworkers
• Must be available to work for the full duration of the US Open tournament, including nights, and weekends and available to work 12+ hour shifts
• Must be able to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment and during stressful situations
• Previous experience working in sales or in a call center (preferred)
• Experience working in a ticket office for major sporting event, team or venue (preferred)
• Must arrive for shift on time, neatly groomed, and in a clean, pressed, well-maintained uniform
• Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be personable and proactive in providing assistance to all guests with the highest level of customer service
• Must have excellent communication skills with thorough understanding of written and spoken English

We are seeking a Seasonal HR Assistant who will play a crucial part in creating our 2023 US OPEN team!
Responsibilities:
Provide full administrative support to NTC HR Manager, recruiters, and the payroll department
Need to be available to work 3 days starting in March/ 5 days starting in April/ 7 days starting in August to September
Phone screening of potential candidates and follow-up scheduling to meet with the recruiter. Maintain and edit calendars for staff in Google Calendars
Collaborate with recruiters daily to review interview times for all candidates scheduled to arrive. Meet and greet candidates at the Fire Command Station, and provide all preparatory information. Collect information and submit to recruiter to commence the screening process
Assist with review of all hiring paperwork and verify I-9 documentation. Help maintain seasonal employee filing system by ensuring uniformity and organization of all employee documents (i.e. current Personnel Authorization form, W-4, I-9, Termination form, Evaluations, waiver, policy, & guidelines adherence forms, and other miscellaneous confidential documents of relevance, etc.) Keep employee files current with ongoing flow of documents and records daily
Follow up with new/rehires regarding any missing documentation or missing information/signatures on paperwork and documents
Assist Seasonal Recruitment staff in correspondence, group mailings, and various tasks as assigned
Attend Career fairs with Recruiters
Assist Recruitment and administrative team with Uniform Distribution/I-9 collection
Assist staff with HR Procedures/protocol. (Ex. clocking in and out)
Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Spanish required
Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Exceptional organization skills
Must have strong interest in all aspects of Human Resources
Interviewing skills a plus
Must display strong desire to learn and incorporate newly acquired skills
Proficient in Google suite and Microsoft applications including Excel/Sheets. In addition, the ability to learn new computer-based and technical skills is required
Candidate must extremely organized and pay close attention to detail
