The candidate will directly forge and manage plans for the West Coast.

The Account Management team is responsible for providing the best possible client service to our agency and brand partners from the moment they are introduced to Us Weekly.
In a fun and fast-paced environment, this team thrives from pre-sale to post-sale touching every aspect of a campaign to help ensure its success.
The Account Manager fosters client relationships, strategizes with Sales and Marketing on RFPs and sponsorships, partners with Campaign Management (Ad Ops) to monitor and optimize campaign performance, and helps finance recognize all earned revenue

Duties include:

Collaborating with Account Executives and Marketing to ideate and create first-to-market cross-platform opportunities to drive revenue and exceed KPIs.
Partnering with Ad Ops and other internal teams to ensure successful campaign implementation and execution.

Serving as point person leading pre-sale through post-sale, developing / maintaining client/agency relationships, including providing media plans, specs, procuring IOs, assets and creative approvals.

Creating media plans for West Coast digital programs, includes securing all information required to complete the media plan, such as inventory avails, targeted data, production costs and creative.

Providing Sales with performance reports in a digestible presentation when requested.

Ensuring accuracy and quality of all campaign documentation including agency templates.

Presenting media plans to Finance, Ad Ops and Reporting teams to ensure thorough understanding of media plan campaign flight.

Stewarding media buys to assure continuity and campaign delivery.

Proposing optimization recommendations, in partnership with analytics if necessary.

Developing campaign recaps and wrap up reports to present to clients

Managing the sales pipeline working with the account manager team to present weekly SAR (sales activity report) to the EVP, Chief Revenue Officer

Job Requirements:

2-5 years experience in digital media; operating in an agency and/or digital publisher Account Management like role with responsibility for campaigns, liaising with clients and partnering with internal teams.

Be an absolute expert in Us Weekly ad products, properties, processes, and the accounts that you oversee.

Knowledge of digital media math and how to apply calculations; proficiency in working with and managing numbers CPMs and overall metrics

Knowledge of ad serving basics, digital ad ecosystem, familiarity with 3rd party measurement and data partners.

Familiar with metrics driven digital advertising campaign execution

Strong organizational skills, highly collaborative with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and with general Web based interfaces

Experience working with Google Ad Manager and Operative CMS and other relevant 3rd party ad servers.

A keen eye towards process, process articulation, and adherence to maintaining a smooth workflow

Ability to meet deadline, excellent time management skills
