Upfluence Services division is organized through a squad system: a multidisciplinary unit in charge of the full life cycle of a business offering or mission. A squad is a specialized, autonomous, and accountable entity whose members can be considered founders of it.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will work with our in-house agency, being responsible for developing, consolidating, and selling custom solutions to our clients.

This position will be split into 3 main core areas: Sales (75% of your time), Project Facilitator (15%), and Trainer (10%):
• Strategy Maker: finding creative solutions to prospects' and customers' problems in collaboration with the delivery team.
• Account Manager: manages the relationship with the customer, especially in the context of the actual project and renewal.
• Take ownership of becoming an expert in influencer marketing, mastering all aspects of social media and the creator space, leveraging your knowledge to create compelling proposals and deliver effective client training.
• Offer optimization: Relevant to fit the industry’s latest trends and clients’ needs (include new social media or features, for example).
• Project Facilitator: coordinate with the operations team to ensure the project runs smoothly and report to the customer.
• Trainer: Internal networking with our Sales Team to ensure optimal leaf flow. This will include providing training, workshops, and incentive programs (deck creation, pricing sheet, Q&A).

What we are looking for
• 2-4 years of sales experience (ideally within a performance marketing agency)
• Influencer Marketing expertise: Be an industry expert on everything social media and creator space related. Use your knowledge to make impactful proposals and provide client training
• Experience working with digital media agencies, advertising, or social media is a big plus
• Knowledgeable about digital marketing, with a focus on Influencer marketing as an added advantage
• Thrives on challenges, listens to clients, and offers innovative solutions
• Possesses an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, prioritizing personal growth and achievement
• Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and takes pride in personal and company performance
• Self-motivated and hard-working, consistently exceeding goals in fast-paced environments

• Rester à la pointe des tendances et bonnes pratiques en matière de stratégie digitale et d’influence marketing.
• Gérer et monitorer des campagnes d’influence marketing (fixer les objectifs et KPIs avec le client, construire le rétro-planning, mesurer et reporter des performances).
• Être force de proposition concernant les canaux et types de contenu à la mode (Data Visualisation, Vidéos, Podcasts, Webinar etc…).
• Pouvoir mettre en place des campagnes d’amplification (ads) sur Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., en assurer le suivi, la bonne exécution et reporter des performances.
• Mettre en place des processus, formation et workshop pour permettre à votre équipe de monter en compétences et de gagner en expérience.
• Gérer plusieurs profils de chef de projets web
• Apporter les idées permettant le développement des processus nécessaires à la croissance d’une startup ;
Ce que nous recherchons / Qui nous recherchons
• Un niveau Master ou équivalent BAC 5 ;
• Au moins 1 années d’expérience dans la gestion de projet web (idéalement en agence) ;
• Avoir un français écrit et oral irréprochable ;
• Avoir un très bon niveau d’anglais écrit et parlé (clients et les membres de l’équipe sont internationaux)
• Plusieurs expériences professionnelles (ou entrepreneuriales/autodidactes) en relation avec la création de contenus web (création de compte social media, posts sociaux, campagnes sponsorisées) et la gestion de communautés ;
• Une appétence pour la data, vous aimez justifier vos décisions avec des chiffres, et vous aimez tracker la performance de vos campagnes.
• Une certaine aisance relationnelle (pouvoir défendre les recommandations opérationnelles aux clients) par téléphone ou à l’écrit et la capacité à structurer un raisonnement ;
