The Commercial Account Executive at Trustwave will guide prospective and existing customers through their evaluation of our growing solution set. This CAE will design and execute new business, cross-sell and up-sell strategies to drive revenue within the Commercial territory segment (employee size: 1-999). The CAE will partner closely with Sales Engineers, Marketing and Product Specialists to drive the growth and ensure the success of our customer base.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Use insights and a consultative selling approach to teach prospective and existing customers about increasing their overall Cyber Security Maturity Portfolio; challenge them to reduce their business risk; assist them in implementing security protocols that evolve as their business evolves.
• Effectively design and execute a business plan, territory plan, account plans and opportunity plans to maximize revenue within assigned selling patch
• Successfully manage sales opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing of the opportunity’s
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise on all Trustwave solutions and services. Understand and communicate the business value and ROI of our solutions.
• Engage prospects and customers in dialogues related to business process and growth, including their planned and potential needs
• Successfully leverage resources within the Trustwave team; Engage leadership to determine the strategy and methods to ensure success across the entire assigned market segment; Leverage our partner ecosystem to surround and grow deals
• Exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and quotas
• Execute detailed product presentations and demonstrations of our Cyber Security Solutions Suite to C-level executives and decision makers
• Travel to territory for on-site meetings, QBRs, and industry events when needed
• Leverage our CRM Salesforce.com and other tools to track the success of each program and opportunity
Qualifications
Prior successful B2B technology sales experience, preferably in the Cyber Security, High Tech or SaaS industry (ideally 5+ years’ or equivalent)
• Excellent sales and presentation skills both in person and via phone, email, and web-conference
• Ability to articulate complex technology concepts to a technical and non-technical audience
• Superb listening skills. You must understand objections and overcome them by turning skeptics into enthusiastic new customers and brand ambassadors
• Ability to successfully leverage resources and take initiative. The most successful Trustwave sellers are the ones who stop at nothing to achieve success no matter the circumstance
• Consistent track record of over achievement of quota and revenue goals in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Collaborative approach; ability to prioritize the team over oneself

A Cyber Threat Engineer is a member of the Threat Detection and Response (TDR) team within Trustwave Managed Security Services (MSS). This team specifically will act as the monitoring and response extension of a Digital Forensics and Incident Response Services (DFIR) team to provide 24/7 monitoring. • Develop OT security architecture vision and strategy & strategy alignment - ensure alignment between OT security architecture frameworks and standards and overall business strategy
• Review existing security architecture, identifies design gaps, and recommends security enhancements in a security by design approach
• Serve as an OT security expert and trusted advisor to product managers and teams within technology and to the business
• Provide comprehensive approach to complex business and technology initiatives pertaining to the integration of strategic OT cybersecurity controls across multiple ICS environments
Engagement Management:
• Management for a select set of Trustwave customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Liaise with business and project stakeholders across selected projects as required to provide input and feedback during project delivery
• Oversight and management of projects allocated to you and some of the team’s delivery
• Required visibility of the customer’s requirements, deliverables and the ability to ensure the team deliver the output to the high Trustwave standard
Business Development:
• Building relationships with existing customers and developing relationships with potential clients
• Bring a network of contacts in the industry
• The ability to progress opportunities from lead to close
• Build awareness of the Trustwave brand through industry networks and presentations

• Your Skills/Experience:
• At least 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity or technical governance, operations or assurance type roles, with at least 4+ of those years with a specific focus on Operational Technology issues
• 2+ years managerial experience in an information security leadership role
• 2+ years of experience in selling information security services or solutions
• Thorough understanding of risk management and how it relates to cyber security
• An analytical mindset (particularly when it comes to technology and business risk)
• Experience with the NIST-CSF or other similar security frameworks
• The ability to keep up to date with multiple security technologies
• Relevant OT, IT or Industry certifications would be beneficial
Generally though, certifications /qualifications are nice to have. What we care about is what you know, and who you are. How you came to know it – whether via formal education, industry training and certification, self study, or the school of hard knocks – will be a good discussion point, but we don't necessarily favor one over the other.

What a Transition Analyst is responsible for:
• Working with our clients to onboard technologies and services into Trustwave platforms.
• Provide technical support and instructions via email and ticketing systems to clients.
• Handling all aspects of onboarding orders including:
• Identification of service types
• Onboard appliance, policy configuration, user accounts, API settings
• Onboarding of configurations in Trustwave backend systems such as backup and monitoring platforms
